Two years ago I was told to come get my bike from the shop because they were done working on it and it was ready to go. In the holding bay I got on it and tipped it up and gas ran out the air cleaner into a large puddle on the floor, once that stopped I rolled it ahead out of the puddle and hit the starter and the bike would not turn over. I dealt with one of the managers named, Brian when I first brought my vehicle in. He was nice after I told him where I got the name of his company from. After he looked at my car he quoted prices for the repair cheap. Well, when I brought my car in several weeks later, he did not honor the prices he previously quoted. I called before I got there and was told if I brought my car in before 5pm they would work on it. I was having trouble putting my 2004 TSX into gear, clutch felt stiff and made creaking noise. I took it to Acura of Ocean hoping they would provide good honest service(major mistake) They told me that I needed new clutch assembly with flywheel because it was burnt and flywheel had cracks. The damage? $2000. Car note is due on the 20th of every month. So, on the 20th which was a Saturday, so I called Troy to inform him that I would be calling on Monday to pay $400 for the month of March he said it was fine. But on the 21st Troy they sent somebody to my house telling me that he was to confiscate the vehicle for failure to pay. Then, when I tried to give their guy the car payment he told me that he didn't want my money all he wanted was their truck. Wow what a scam. My wife and I bought a 2001 Ford Focus in October 2010 from Murray's. The quarter panels were rusted, the emergency brake was seized and the front tires were bald, however, we were told it would be fixed and inspected by Crown Tire. We picked the car up a week later. It had the same tires and we were told they were still good enough to pass inspection. After a week I was having problems with it wanting to stall, so I called Murray's and they fixed it. I was authoried by Phil Long Audi to have a vehicle provided to me from Enterprise Leasing of Denver for my use while my Audi was in their Service Department . DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM BERTERA I purchased a car from Bertera and brought it back to them twice WITHIN 30 days. Each time they said nothing was wrong with it and told me to bring it to Toyota, "they would say the same thing". So I brought it to Toyota and at the time I brought it to them it went over 30 days. It turns out the car needed a new engine. I was stuck dealing with a lawyer for a year and had to get another reliable car to drive in the mean time. Good Sam is not paying per the contract terms and the so called review board ignore the facts in order to deny the claim. I had several relays and modules on my Essex fail. We ordered and installed the parts and got the system working again. They sent out a local adjuster and it was agreed by the adjuster that is was not a good idea and not required to put the bad modules and relays back into the system to prove they were not working. The company, Thayn Enterprises Inc. d.b.a. Lube-It Express in Moab, Utah provided negligent auto servicing and made deliberate false statements to me. Based on their web page advertising they were retained to perform a full oil change and lube. Purchased a Honda Ridgeline in March, 2008. Michelin tires produced in the 32 week of 2007 were on the truck. The truck was purchased new from the showroom floor, now we have found dry rot in the tread on all of the tires. This truck has never set more than 24 hrs at one time. It has 63, 000 miles on the truck and tires. Michelin wants us to send all 4 tires back to be inspected, while 4 new Michelin tires are placed on truck. I bought a used BMW X3 from a dealership and it had the manufacturer 100, 000 mile CPO. I took the car into Classic BMW after detecting a leak in the car. The leak was determined to be coming from the transmission cooler line. This line is an integral component of the transmission and it should be covered under the CPO but the dealer advised that it was not covered as it is "hose". I took in my car for an alignment on Tuesday, April 19 at around 1 p.m. When they finished, I took my car and on my way home I noticed the car was going towards the right side as if the alignment was not well done. I took it back and explained that to CSC. They look over the car again and stated they checked and the car was well aligned but they thought the car needed the rack and pignon done. Ordered 4 oil filters via website on 6/29/2010 order reference# 511006 (for 2010 Nissan Rogue S). This web site requires you to select year, then manufacturer, then model. Doing so I selected oil filter and selected from the list of applicable filters noting that the one selected applied for 2010 Rogue. placed the order and some time later received them. I have the AAA plus RV Gold membership for Road Service. I updated the policy after informing AAA how disatisfied I was with their 5 mile tow service costing $75 for the policy and $18 registration fee and an additional $ 85 for the tow. I broke down approximately 11 miles from home. (Antifreeze leaking profusely from the engine area). Apparently unlucky for me, I was near a radiator shop and they confirmed my suspicions. I bought a tyre at cost of £200 from Kwick Fit only 4 weeks ago. After a recent Audi inspection service it was noted that my new tyre had a buldge and was damaged due to over inflation by 20psi. I returned to Kwick Fit only to be told I would have to pay £200 for a new one even though the damaged was because they inflated the tyre to over 50psi. My advice is to use fully qualified garages not Kwik Fit who cant even inflate a tyre! read full review »
