On January 17, 2011, I purchased four new tires for my car from Mavis Discount Tires AKA Cole Muffler. They neglected to replace the lug nuts on my front, driver side tire, in which, driving away (2 blocks from their store) my tire flew off into traffic causing my car to slam down onto my rotor, damaging the rotor, studs, front fender and flare, not to mention emotional damage to me. Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. Fishertrans, (AAMCO) ruined my automatic transmission and refused to honor warrantees. I was refused service on my fourth attempt to have them fix problems resulting from their initial work on my transmission. The owner said: "there was nothing else they could do" and referred me to a local Jaguar dealership.
