Dear Sir/Ma'm, I am a student and was returning home at 5:30 from my classes. Near Govind Palace (Hisar), a govt vehicle (jeep) with details HARYANA GOVERNMENT HR39A 3205 was standing idle. As soon as i was crossing it, the driver drove the car toward me hitting my scooty badly. Me and my scooty fell down and i got hurt in my palm, in pelvic bones. My scooty is very much crushed. We had a RAV4 2002 Model, and early this year, problem presented itself as a transmission issue with hard shift into reverse; starting off in 2d or 3d gear. Engine was bogging down dropping in and out of gear. Several times, it was bucking violently (scared the crap outa me!) with a large truck bearing down on me. My specific problem was a passenger door lock scam that was neatly played by the boss/manager of the day. The girl who had checked my car out three weeks before just sat there and I believe is fully in on this scam. The manager came directly out, saw no dents or other marks on the body and then walked over to the passenger door lock and tried to lock it with the key. He did not try any other lock. We bought a Ford Focus St 2007 model from the mentioned company. All the banking and credit checks was done. Our side every thing was done as we were told by the sales person, Mr L Loubser. We had to Fly to Lanseria air port on 2010-11-27 from Cape Town air port to go and collect the vehicle. Ongoing transmission problem which was swept under rug for many years and it has cost thousands of owners to replace transmissions at own cost. Saturn/GM notified customers of problem conveniently after the 5 yr. ownership expiration, while still under the 75, 000 mile window. This has been a hardship for me as I'm sure for thousands of Saturn owners. I will never buy a GM car again. Obvious why they needed a bailout. I bought the warranty in october of 2009 and in november of 2010 I tried to get my transmission fixed in my 2001 dodge ram pickup and they have continue to deny my claim. First they told me that my truck using carfax was a rental vehicle. On December 4, my car couldn't start in the morning, and I decided to purchase a Plus Start battery from Sears. It cost me roughly 60$. After I arrived home (using a different car) and installed it, my car still wouldn't start. My nephew, a mechanic, came over to help me since I couldn't figure out why after installing a NEW battery that the car wouldn't run. This company has very deceptive practices. This is my third and last Nissan I will be leasing. I gave this car away on Leasetrader where someone took over the lease. At the end of the lease period, the person that took over the lease extended the contract with his name on it only. Yet it still appeared on my credit report and I got phonecalls from Nissan that my payment was late. A few months ago I began to hear a growing loud exhaust system noise comming from the engine compartment of my 1994 Nissan Sentra XE. What I thought was a blown gasket for the front end of the exhaust pipe turned out to be a complete break in the pipe directlycbehind the front pipe's front flange. This very same pipe was replace by Meinike just over two years ago. An order for car parts was placed on 11/30, RockAuto.coms website advertises 2-3 day delivery via FedEx. According to the tracking information it will not arrive until 12/7, far more than 2-3 days. This is unacceptable - we have customers waiting for a week because of these parts not being delivered in a timely fashion. i used my debit card to pump in petrol and instead of using the outside teminal, i asked the cahier to swipe it inside as it is a a debit card. After filling the gas, i went inside and the cashier rudely told me that if my purchase was less than RM30.00, they wont swipe the card inside as my amount was only RM28.00. i see no sign indicating that and i never encounter such problems with the other petrol stations else where. I would like to complaint about the excess fare charged for me today morning (Dec 6th) from Chennai central to Pallikaranai. The actual kilometer from Central to Pallikaranai is 22 km which they should have charged only Rs.270 if we go by Meter reading [ 100 (5 km) + 170 (17 km) ], but they charged Rs.410 which is highly unacceptable, i paid Rs.140 additional. during the month of october I have bought a swift-vxi from jain udyog ltd, silchar (cachar) Assam. At the time of registration they charged me Rs 4000/- extra as a bribe for registration. Actual cost of registration was Rs17000/- only, however, Mr Taparia Sales Manager, Jain Udyog Ltd, Silchar(Cachar) charged me Extra Rs 4000/- . When my 2003 Ford Explorer had only 70, 000 miles on it, a crack developed on the panel beneath the window on the tailgate. In researching this, I discovered this is a common problem on several year models of Explorers. In fact, even in my own small town, I see one or two Explorers a week with the exact problem I have on mine. QT is a horrible company to work for. They don't even give you a lunch break. Forget about lunch hour, but they don't even give you a 5 minute break. Not even for full time worker who work more than 8 hours per day and more than 40 hour a week. They tell you that if you "have" to eat then you must eat WHILE still ringing customers. You could have your food in your hand and if the customer comes, you have to ring them up with your food sitting right there on the counter in the open. Sheehy Ford Service Dept has very unprofessional employees. If you have a warrenty, they dont have alot of interest in properly servicing your vehicle. I had to take my car in for a brake issue. They never put my car on the machine for a code, they missed another brake issue and now I have to pay another deductible because of their poor service. They come to work for a paycheck, not to provide excellent customer service. I will never recommend their services to anyone. read full review »

This auto service was called out (11/24/10) by AARP Roadside Assistance to give me a jump, but found out it was my fuel pump that had went out. I told them to put a new one in, and he was supposed to have done this, he called and said it was ready and to bring $356.98 with me. $96.00 for labor, $141.24 for & electric fuel pump, $14.74 for a fuel filter, plus a $15.00 shop fee, and $90.00 at $30.00 a day for storage. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had! Got a lemon- motor went out at 150 miles, GM took care of after not having car for 4 weeks, then transmission problems in the next 75 miles caused by faulty dealership workmanship. Then dealership management did not honor their promises to reimberse me for $1200.00 in damages caused by their mechanics. Will never recommend them to anyone. read full review »
