The owner/mechanic has charged for work he did not perform on my vehicle. He claimed to have changed my oil, topped off fluids, lubricated doors, checked brakes, and added cleaner for fuel tank. He has not performed this work but has charged me for it and my car has not had any cooler added nor is the oil clean. He refunded $1000 of the $1400 he charged when I learned that some parts were not changed as he alleged. He never discussed with me the work he would do and he did not give me parts back. I have own a corolla altis car after two weeks from delivery date i have complained about large quantity of carbon deposit on the alloy wheels. The dealer neglected by saying it is not a fault. after 5000 KM. of running i again said the same complaint which i have seen increasingly. They booked my gas and I get a booking no. is 17. I have not received my gas then I call my distributor (Dwarka Indane Gas), they said that your gas was not booked earlier so we are booking your gas now i.e. on 17/02/2010. I could hear some type of loose debris (sounded like a pebble) rolling around in my sunroof as I was driving. I dropped my car off at the Infiniti of Chantilly dealership so they could diagnose the problem and remove the debris. Carbone Honda of Utica, NY sold me an '09 Fit 10 months ago. Part of the deal was that they would install an aftermarket cruise control when one became available. I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that.
