Wasted good money on this product. The first battery stayed charged for 15 minutes and went bad after just two weeks. They did send me a new battery which again held a charge for 15 minutes. Now they are playing games with me. They claimed they would send me a new charger because now they are saying that the charger must be a problem but they never did and when I call back to question them they disconnect me. I purchased a Samsung Bluetooth headset for my cell phone and it worked great but the earpiece for the phone is so cheaply made that it broke within a week of using the device. I contacted Samsung customer service and they were so bad that they said that that part was not under a warrenty because it was plastic. I purchased the 2.0 USB portable external drive in Sept 2010 and it's now, only 5 months later, stopped working. My computer does not recognize it and it does not power on. I bought this printer about 8 months ago or less and have hardly used it, mostly because approximately 70% or more of that time, it has not synced to my computer for me to use. It is an office printer but just myself using it and my kids have been able to squeak out a few reports on it. I spent over $24, 000 for a custom six zone NuVo sound system for my home which was built new in 2006. The authorized NuVo dealer who installed the system was from Panama City Beach Florida and it was they who recommended and specked the NuVo system for the house. I purchased Washer & Dryer. The sales lady who happens to be the evening manager also sold me two kits. One was pair of hoses for the washer, and other kit included the VENT and the electrical cable for the dryer. During the installation, the W/D had to be moved around couple of times to fit the area, and the vent kept popping out from the dryer end.
