Couriered a defective motherboard to the supplier, in Nov 2009. The board were +- 6 months old, and has a 3year waranty. Sybaritic reported back that the unit were swapped by the manufacturer, and couriered the MB back. To my surprize, i received the old defective board. I want to report a very serious problem with this digital camera.The not intended erasing of data. I have one brand new digital camera. I've lost all my digital pictures. I have a memory stick card. Pictures are, by default, placed at the 100GEDSC folder in the memory stick which is itself into the DCIM folder. I use to create new folders to group pictures with same subject. I had the most unprofessional service at this location. I didn't have any issues with my phone other than my screen. When I took it to their location, and soon after it would not even turn on any more and by the time he got done with everything it was written up for more than $300 of repairs. Be very careful with this company as they advertise low rates and then when it comes getting your repairs done they add "extra" fees for new repairs. Don't fall for Cell Phone Care Center's scams. I paid approximately 100 dollars canadian for a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on november 18, 2010. Weeks went by, and the battery never came. The person I was communicating with was named Andy. He kept telling me to be patient, and that the battery would come. I have been experiencing endless unsatisfactory customer service from the Nashua Mobile Branch in the Centurion Mall. I upgraded my contract in October 2010, one of the sales staff suggested the Nokia E72, which I agreed to. I requested technical support in setting up a new computer. The representative came to my home and was unable to trouble shoot some initial file transfers from an old computer. They erased my hard drive promising to return it to new condition and took my computer to their shop. Upon return the screen flashed intermittiently and much of the software that came pre installed was not installed.
