I spent over $24, 000 for a custom six zone NuVo sound system for my home which was built new in 2006. I purchased Washer & Dryer. The sales lady who happens to be the evening manager also sold me two kits. One was pair of hoses for the washer, and other kit included the VENT and the electrical cable for the dryer. This company is bogus. I purchased cell phone spyware that didn't work at all. The website initally claimed 10 day money back guarantee, I called and sent an e-mail within the first two days of purchase. I called several times before I was able to get in contact with someone. Cold calling pc owners and claiming to work for Microsoft and the persons pc sent a report to say that there were errors on it. They say they will fix it but we all know what their fixes mean, installing viruses and spyware and taking control of your pc. Plus, robbing your credit card details.
