Beware of this small time scammer. He sold be a junk laptop screen, and the one he sent was not even for my laptop. After getting the screen and finding out it was a scam I tried to get my money back. I bought this computer and for two days I have been trying to get drivers installed on my laptop from Dell..I have spent over 7 hours...They have these foreign Indian people who don't understand me or I don't understand them then they hang up on you after '16 " times. in one day. This email is the result of a very frustrated customer being totally ignored by ATT customer support. I know that you are way up the chain but I figure you can delegate this to someone who can use more common sense than I have encountered using the normal customer complaint channels of ATT. I want to share very bad experience repairing my phone in this store. My phone screen went blank sometimes and the key not responding, the guy said that he changed the LCD screen and charge me SGD 55 for it. Strange but since it was working at that time, I just paid. Surely the problem come back again after sometimes and when you return to the store, they asked for another SGD 35 to change the keypad and said they no warranty as it has been more than 1 week??? Purchased RC helicopter model 9053 from emax toys through retailer Techno toys on 02/20/11. At the time of purchase, retailer pointed out possible design flaws. Flaws consisted of, rotor blade to close together and possibility of colliding with each other resulting in broken rotor blades. This occurred. Retailer allso stated that other former customers had attenpted to modify model 9053 helicopter to prevent rotor blades from making contact with each other. 4 months ago, my went to holidays in Shanghai with my family. We took alot of photos along the 8 days 7 nights tours. My wife using a Sony digital camera bewly bought on 2010. For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. I told them I could show a credit card statement where I bought it from the store, but ti would not show the itemized products. Not good enough. Do not use Lake electronics in Port St. Lucie Fl. The customer service there is horrible. I spoke with Samsung who said they would warrant a copasator change on my tv free of charge. My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it.
