Let me preface this by saying that this could be some freak incident whereby a Datadoctors software malfunction or something could have caused this to happen. I purchased a Dell XPS laptop in January 2009 and then promptly hopped on a plane to Mexico for a few months of vacation time. Watch out for Cell Phone Care Center of Arlington, Virginia. They are a major scammer and have scammed a lot of customers. I took my screen in for replacement and I could not believe it but the technician they had there ended up breaking one of the connectors while try to remove it. He appologized but ended up adding the repair charge to my screen replacement cost and then when I refused to pay, they said that then they could not give us our cell phone back. I have over the past year not had one job printed at tone digital withou there being re-prints involved. Jobs don't get completed on time and sometimes you receive scratched or damaged goods. I have always thought they were highly competent and well priced but since they have doubled in size the service has gone down the drain.
