sony/digital camera DSC-S2000
I bought a sony digital camera 3 days back (Model DSC S-2000 from a reputed dealer. A hasty demo was given by the dealer. When I came home and took some snaps, thee was a pink colour tint on LCD which was quite diffuse. I dialled to the dealer but he told me to visit the repair centre. Despite a condition that if product is defective and returned within 7 days, it shall be replaced, the dealer refused to entertain. I was told to get it repaired. Why should I buy a defective and unusable product for a high price? This is presumably a big brand but delivers very low grade defective products. I went to exchange a dvd from Christmas that my husband already had. It was unopened with the price and company name (cinema 1) sticker and barcode, etc. still on the front of the dvd. My husband threw away the receipt by accident. I didn't think it would be a problem to exchange (I wasn't planning on asking for a refund!) since the info. was still on the movie. purchased a Fuji camera as a xmas gift for daughter. The camera was supposed to be shock proof, water proof ect. Daughter used it once and discovered that it was faulty and not working. Returned to Harvey Norman and was served by the most condescending rude staff imaginable and told that the camera would be sent for repairs.
I explained that I did not want a repaired camera but a perfect new one.

I have a LG GS290 and the touchscreen has partly frozen. It seems to shift everything to the right, so when you touch 1 it activates 3. Really really annoying as you can't enter the SIM number or press OK on the bottom left, or access the tel book etc. Is there any way of doing a hard reset, bearing in mind I don't have half the functionality of the phone (the left half)? read full review »

I paid for a webiste with wix.com 2 weeks ago and my webiste is still not live on the internet and my computer now has a virus. Could you please contact wix.com and make them accountable for the advertising and help people when the webistes are not up and running. they only give you 14 days to cancel and get a refund but it has gone past that date . This is unfair and unprofessional.

I've send my Cel phone Samsung omnia i900 to repair in a authorized costumer services named ASTEC, in Sao Jose dos Campos, São Paulo Brazil, during the guarantee time, and they were'nt able to repair the device and took me six month to solve the problem. Bad relationship with the customer e a lot of issues due this long period. Til now I don' t have my Cell phone. The site of the representatives of Samsung in SaaPaulo is a fake and they are pushing the problem away leading me to quit . I ordered a program to enable me to download ring tones and pictures onto my cell phones. I checked to make sure it was compatable with my phones. They added on shipping costs after I approved the purchase on the next screen, this should be done before you okay purchase. They mailed my order and it was not useable with my phones so I contacted them same day. I was treated to sub-standard customer ? service. We then went back to buy the attachments, meat grinder, pasta maker etc.
We were told " you no but here, you go Verasu head office".
Ok, fight our way through BKK traffic to be told at Verasu head office " We no sell in shop, use our internet site".
OK, drive 30 KLMs back home. Nothing on their web site.

My father-in -law received a call from 365 pc support this week regarding his laptop (for home). He rang us asking about the company as he was not sure about it. My father-in -law is a clever man in lots of areas but not computers. Typical of his generation he knows how to use one but not a lot about the operating systems that run a computer. I googled the company and found www.365pcsupport.com. Interesting, why didn't they register the website in Australia with .au at the end? I ordered three robotic vacuums from Sears. They were to come from Unbeatable Sales, a company that Sears endorses. I tried to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it. Both Sears and Unbeatsble Sale refused to allow this. I called each company three times. The vacuums arrived, I refused them. The amount of the sale was $546.38. My Sears credit card was reimbursed $279.84. Unbeatable Sales was allowed to charge me a $266.34 restocking fee. Needless to say, Unbeatable Sales should be charged with theft and Sears for aiding and abetting this fly-by-nigt sales. I hope both businesses fail this year! Sears is close:). read full review »

I am being harrasssed by NCO Financial (Google them - I'm not the first victim). An online "T-Mobile" authorized Representative who seemed to be offering a fairly decent T-Mobile plan to switch my five family plan phones to Androids. Instead it's a look alike site that says they have experts to answer the question and you won't be charged unless you accept the answer. I bought a ten year extended warranty on a high end home audio system and last year Ken Cranes went out of business. Does anyone know who honors their warrantees long after the store is closed? 11-8-10 I called Toshiba Tech Support and they gave me two options: pay to take the unit to a UPS Store to ship unit back or wait for a from Toshiba box to ship the unit for free. I chose to wait for the box since the unit was still operational.
11-11-10 I received the box.
11-12-10 I arranged to ship the unit back.

I purchased a Southern Cross Lawn Mower from Game at Westgate and when I took the lawn mower out of the box, it seemed some of the assembly screws were missing . Fortunately I was able to assemble it making a plan, but when I tested the lawn mower the front wheel also came off. Unfortunately the front wheel had nothing to do with the missing parts and as such would not fit back. The SOUTHERN CROSS lawnmower was unusable.
