Dont ever buy an electronic item from a Zoom Vending machine - especially at Macy's. The return policy - which they do NOT tell you when you buy - is ONLY through Zoom Systems. This company basically stoled from me in Dec. of 2006. Netdroppshipper told me that goods were shipped and gave me phony tracking numbers. They never returned my calls and email messages. Before I knew it, I was out $8k with my customers because I had to issue them refunds. Also the goods that did shipped arrived damaged. This is a warning! Do not work for Intouch Wireless. They have cell phone kiosk pritty much in every mall. I used to work for a smaller company selling tmobile from one of these kiosk. They actually had a recording for their support team and it disconnected the listener while their support lines were supposedly open. Netbook would not connect to internet, wireless connection was so weak that you had to litterly be on top of the modem and still had no internet. The Whirlpool refrigerator that came with the purchase of our home was bought in October 2004 for $1189.00 We have replaced the starter relay 3 times and the capacitor once. Yes I still have the work orders for a total of $457.80.I also still have the pictures of the cracks in my wood kitchen floor from the repair men dropping it on the floor.
