Dell has placed my new computer on hold and will not return it. I want it fixed or a new one sent to me. How would you like to be without a computer for you business. Dell has cost me a lot of money. The battery has been intermitant since it was purchased last Oct. Be careful *not* to buy from this website. It's been reported elsewhere to exhibit classic signs of an online retail scam. I am a college student and my Sony Laptop quit working in Oct. of 2010. I carried it to Campus Computers in Tuscaloosa to have it repaired. Mr Ron Snell told me it wasn't going to be a problem, it would be fixed within a few days. He keeps telling me that his Dad has the computer and it is locked up and he doesn't have a key. I know this is a lie because he says this to alot of others. Its at the end of January and I still have no computer. Samsung is being too many things to too many people. I HAD a great DVD player but was rendered useless after the automatic firmware update. That was a week before Thanksgiving. The BDP-3600 was an odd shaped player in a high gloss black finish. No complaints and loved the fact I could scream Netflix thru it. Couriered a defective motherboard to the supplier, in Nov 2009. The board were +- 6 months old, and has a 3year waranty. Sybaritic reported back that the unit were swapped by the manufacturer, and couriered the MB back. To my surprize, i received the old defective board. I want to report a very serious problem with this digital camera.The not intended erasing of data. I have one brand new digital camera. I've lost all my digital pictures. I have a memory stick card. Pictures are, by default, placed at the 100GEDSC folder in the memory stick which is itself into the DCIM folder. I use to create new folders to group pictures with same subject.
