I purchased 2 Kodak ESP 3 printers because they advertise about how cheap their Ink Cartridges are. They are about half the price of the hp cartridges I was using because they have hardly any ink in them. I do the same printing with the Kodak as I did with my 9 year old hp 720 printer. The hp lasted for months before it ran out of ink, the Kodak has to be replaced every 2 weeks if I'm lucky. Don't believe their adds because you have to buy 3 times as many cartridges so you spend more money. They lie! read full review »

I had 2 EVGA graphic cards go bad on me in less than a year of use. I contacted their customer service by phone and was told that they would email me two RMA's, and that I could put both bad cards in the same box to mail back to them. I received both RMA's as promised a short while later. Hewlette Packard's product quality and customer service are shockingly poor, to the point of being criminal. I purchased a high end HP desktop in December of 2009 at a cost of over $1200. I purchased a Sylvania 26" LCD TV from Sam's club for our condo in the mountains in August 2007. The TV with less than 100 actual hours on it just went out. It will no longer power on.
