In beginning of December of 2010, I sent my HP G60-635 laptop PC for repair to HP repair center in Texas. As part of their commitment, they provided me a prepaid box via FedEx. Took my computer in back in November 2010 for a new power supply box. At the time of pick-up they wanted me to know they could tell there were viruses on my computer and for loads of extra $, could remove them. I let them know I had anti-virus software. I've had to go back multiple times for the same thing, it sounded like a good deal but after my 3rd visit, it was just expensive as Geek Squad. The guy kept saying how it's hard because he is a small business, but the sob story only works so much, ya know? LG electric dryer wont dry clothes. Everything cleaned, lint trap, sensor, duct. Doesn't seem to have enough power to push air flow out of the dryer vent. Vent is up through the roof of a ranch home and the company states its a venting problem and therefore warrenty does not apply. The metal duct work is only 20 ft at most, and the duct doesn't get hot to the touch even when on hottest temperature. The lint screen only accumulates on the left side. I bought a used BlackBerry mobile phone from this cricket carrier for $186.00. Within the first thirty days the phone malfunctioned on multiple occasions not allowing any incoming or outgoing texting, internet not working & no contacts. My ovens are about 5 years old, maybe less and right before Thanksgiving the display lights went out. I was able to roast the turkey by purchasing an oven thermometer and shortly after that the ovens would not work. Now it's a week before Christmas and I can't do my holiday baking for my small cookie business and for my preschoolers. They tell me the part, control panel, will not be available until February. I ordered a helicopter from xheli. Right out of the box it was defective. So, I was told to send it back and they would replace it with a new one.
