i've taken an AMC from Whirlpool for my washing machine. I have extended my warranty and I got 1'st service request registered on 23 Dec. the chennai people said they will send thier engineer in 24 hours. no body came till 27'th dec. then i phoned them again on 27'th n ask for service, they again said today our engineer will vistit at ur place.No body came.Since 27'th dec, i m callinng them twice a day n they r answering the same .Now i m feeling very frustrated. I purchased a pc tablet argeros for 199.99 was given a receipt with a 14 return policy. i returned the item in 3 days all in tact still w plastic, and had a receipt. Which statewd 14 day return policy. Jim the department manager at the store refused to return the item w a sales receipt stating the return policy. When I purchased the treadmill there was a key present along with the cord for the mp3 player connect on the treadmill. Upon delivery the cord for the mp3 was missing and the key was not the right one. Hence the machine is not working because there is no key to turn it on. this company did an in home service repair for walmart extended service company, my power supply board had a dime/nickel size spot burnt crisp on the circuit board, the tech soldered a PAPER CLIP to the board as a jumper wire and i was told this was a temporary repair by the tech and that they would find out if the board was avaliable and then submit the findings to walmart and either replace the board if avaliable or walmart would do a buy out on the tv if not, NOW, they want to call this a peremant repair, IT A JERRY RIGG JOB and this is not an exceptable resolution. read full review »

Shortly after purchasing in 2006, this unit needed repaired as it would not recognize any DVD's --initially LG was charging us to repair, but sent our check back telling us it was a covered repair. now 3 years later it has the same problem and is unusable. On 12-17-09, a salesperson (Damien), Manager Mike sold my elderly mother a vacuum. They knew that she was disabled because she always uses a cane when she walks. They did not allow her to try the product, they simply demonstrated it for her. We bought a card <Nuvi nuMaps lifetime update> at Best buy Laval Quebec Canada. We did not scratch the Garmin CODE in the back of the card. So we returned it in it's original state. Within the 30 days return max date, we took the card back as it wasn't required any longer. But the store refuse to take it back mentioning that they had registered the card...
