The worst customer service ever. There support team responses are in very rudimentary English, and on the one time I was able to speak to someone, dealt with someone who was very rude - it seems to be a mom and pop operation. I have a significant amount of email correspondence to demonstrate they are a bad company. The company goes by a lot of names: ScreenAid, Gadget Town, Yall Inc. Ezlaptopadapters.com delivered two laptop power supplies that were under powered. 90 watts instead of 180 watts that I ordered. Company said they would send a new specification label that would double the wattage for me to attach on the power supplies - which is illegal and unethical. The power supplies would blow or damage my computer or even injure me. I sent supplies back and never received a refund. This company has a US website but is based in China.
