Our freezer 14 months old defrosted twice with loss of content. Our complaints by electronic mail and registered letter have been answered but no satisfaction or any help has been given. Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. They claim to charge you only 13 cents a minute, but when you actually start using the phone and make outgoing calls, they ask you to top up or it tops up automatically if you have it set for that, and one 15 minute call could end up costing you 20 dollars for a top up instead of 15 minutes times 13... read full review »

I've just switched cell phone plans today from ATT to Virgin Mobile. Toshiba not honoring warranty. It was in the 1 year period. Took it to the bbb, case was closed because merchant advised the item was discontinued and no longer warrantied by Toshiba. I've tried to like net10, really I have. I don't use a phone constantly and their per minute rate was very attractive to me. My wife tried to suprise me with a backup camera purchased & installed on my truck from AUDIOMAN. Well let me tell ya how suprised I was when she brought my truck home.
