My mother purchased a laptop through radio rentals. One which she would make fortnightly repayments to pay for. Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it.
