In Jan 2009 I prepaid $500 to my ATT cell phone account as I was traveling abroad. When I enquired, they said it was back ordered, said I was LATER notified -- which was not so. I canceled order. I was in Gamestop Saturday 3/6/10 to exchange some games and pick up some new ones. I had never done it before so I had a bunch and wound up with like $185.00 of credit to which I used to buy 3 other games and still have loot left over. Since Nov 2009 I have not received any monthly bill on my mailing address. Inly weekly sms is being sent by your service centre without any details of usage of calls. It means the service centres are cheating us. I have caled so many times on *333 but no any action is being taken by service centre Srinagar. I won ebay item 330407992836 on 3/2/2010, their payment terms stated 7 days were allowed for payment. On 3/3/2010, TWO rude and demanding emails were received demanding payment immediately. Payment was made on 3/3/2010, immediately thereafter I received a email wanting to cancel the transaction because they didnt have the product. Three offers were made to them to correct the situation, all three were denied. My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection. So I tried to order the update and thought it was through Microsoft. It was not. The company charged my credit card $69.95 and never gave a conformation e-mail or order number. I cancelled my card at that time and have been disputing the charge on my account. I reported the company to the Better Business and to Chase Customer Service. It is now early March and I still do not have the accesssories (mouse and carrying case). As a practice Lenovo extends the estimated ship date without bothering to inform their customers. I recently purchase a GE washing machine and dryer from HHGregg with an extended warranty. It was Model # WHRE5550KWW which has an infusor not a full agitator. The clothes do not become clean. One hundred percent of the time the same dirt on the clothes remains after washing. The water does not fill over 1/3 the way with water, so the clothes just get wet and rub up against each other. I used to love HP printers. I love their print quality. But the last two printers I've purchased have been nothing but a disappointment. I'm sick of the printer refusing to print when a print cartridge goes below 2/3 full. I'm sick of the printer refusing to print a black and white document when I'm out of cyan ink. I just recenntly check my credit report because I was denided for a AA/Citibank Credit Card. I found a false claim that I owe $274 on an account I opened with AT&T in Sept. 2006. I cannot even believe how low the quality control is at Gateway. Tablet PCs are shipped without a Windows repair disk, and files get corrupted seemingly weekly. The tablet pens stop working after about 4 months because they didn't check if the manufacturer used appropriate materials - the steel spring and aluminum battery get so corroded that the pen stops working. My battery won't hold a charge at all anymore, I have to plug it in to use my computer.
