I purchased a Sony Bluetooth presentation remote to work with my Sony Vaio computer. I spent $100, but after upgrading to the latest Windows operating system, there is a driver incompatibility, rendering my new remote worthless. Sony's response is essentially, 'Thank you for wasting your $100 with us.' End of story. I bought my Hewlett Packard Photosmart printer C4580 from Currys on the 21 st August and everytime it prints the paper jambs. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. This is a faulty product and under the consumers policy I am entitiled to my money back. I am very disapponted with this product as I have had HP printers before and they never gave me any problems. Headphones poorly built. Several internet postings from owners complain of fragile wires breaking from normal use. Here's the problem: Usual, large guage USB wire, on one side of a volume control dangle from a much-thinner wire on other side of volume control, which lead to one of the two earphones. Less than 1 month ago, I purchased a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop direct through Dell's website. I have had only very limited available use of this product as typically the display is black. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with unknowledgeable service techs without result. This is a brand new product that has not worked correctly since day 1 and I would asked for a replacement without satisfaction. The best I got was a promise that an on-site service tech would contach me within 24 hours for an appt. No response. this camera was bought at a dental convention and worked for about 3-4 months and stopped. repeated attempts to contact the company failed. i was finally able to get a live person and was given a return number and address to send the camera to, and get either an exchange or repair. The camera was mailed with insurance through the UPS and never returned. On February 2, 2010 I purchased a HP Pavilion A4316f bundle (included monitor). When I booted it up for the 2nd time, it took 55 minutes to boot. Thereafter it took an average of 20 minutes to boot. After 4 e-mail communications with their support and complying with their requests, I got the boot down to 18 minutes. I contacted Staples where I purchased the system and they told me to bring the tower (computer) in and they would swap it out. I did so and was very pleased with their attentiveness.
