They will not uninstall the partial software and refund my money even when they could only partially fix the problem because of the Level 3 virsus on my computer. I had purchased Nokia E 75 mobile phone 2 weeks back for Hyper Panda super market. The phone very frequently switches off and on every 5-10 minutes and after about 30 minutes completely goes off.. Also the phone hangs up during browsing. During attending a call the voice breaks ... Contacted the Nokia customer care but problem not solved...they say the battery is loose, not intact. Bought a Whirlpool dishwasher in fall of '06 (among other appliances during my home renovation) and the motor has gone bad 3 times in just over 3 years. Gerhards will not go to bat for us with Whirlpool, instead telling us to contact them ourselves. So I called Whirlpool and after a lengthy discussion they gave me $50 off the $160 part. It arrived today so I called the store to have it installed and the first time they can do it is 5 days from now. In December of 2008 we purchased a 32" Toshiba LCD TV for our mother. Two weeks ago the TV stopped working. After talking to Toshiba Customer Service, she took the set to their recommended repair facility. She has been informed the repair cost will be $1800. The TV itself was just north of $800. i bought my laptop in march 2008 paying £400 for it. It was never taken out of the house. I always used it on a tabletop and only for about an hour every day. They advertised a Wii remote using a picture of an official remote. I purchased this and after some time (albeit we had bad snow) it arrived, but was an unofficial remote. I complained to them - they were very apologetic and offered me a refund. I sent it back recorded delivery and have never been refunded. I have chased many times to no avail. I bought a Samsung SL420 Digital camera and two weeks after I got it It would not register on my computer so that I could move pictures to it and it would also would not charge via computer or wall charger. The camera uses that same connection port for both.
