I bought an ipod speaker system thru cowboom, dealtree/bestbuy subsidiary. Paid $18 for shipping cost. They shipped the speaker thru UPS ground and took 5 days. Then at the day of delivery, UPS informed me that they can't deliver the package as the shipper (dealtree) put 2 labels on the box with 2 different destinations. The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems. After a few days they issued a RMA and advised there would be a 25 dollar or 20% handling charge whichever is greater. I had ordered a motorola h-15 headset from n1-wirelesss it said in the ad the item was brand new upon opening the package it was obvious it was not motorola put plastic on the front of the unit and the ear piece has a plastic shield to protect it which this did not plus the speaker has some sort of glue on it which I had to remove and the front of it has marks where you can see it either was used or refurbished .
