The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems. The link to "trouble installing" is "broken" if you call the tech line, you will be on hold for 30 or 40 minutes before you give up. Company advertised an IDE drive. No mention that it was a laptop drive. Company contacted upon receipt. After a few days they issued a RMA and advised there would be a 25 dollar or 20% handling charge whichever is greater. I had ordered a motorola h-15 headset from n1-wirelesss it said in the ad the item was brand new upon opening the package it was obvious it was not motorola put plastic on the front of the unit and the ear piece has a plastic shield to protect it which this did not plus the speaker has some sort of glue on it which I had to remove and the front of it has marks where you can see it either was used or refurbished . When I bought my HP 1000 netbook it was stated that I could use vga out as HP advertises. I found out I had to buy a proprietary cable to get vga out. Then I find out they do not even make it. I had an entire PowerPoint presentation ready for 60 people when I found this out. The proprietary cable thing is bad enough(greed) but then they don't make it. I have netbooks from 4 other company's and they all use standard vga out.
