This camcorder has ccd issue, the camcorder just shows a black screen when you try to record. I have a GE H E Energystar with Hydroheater Front loader. My clothes do not get clean and the machine will not spin because it stays unbalanced. We had the GE Repairman come out and go over the problems. He suggested less detergent and bigger loads. The larger loads did not help and the less detergent, I feel, adds to the failure of the machine to get my clothes clean. Worst investment I have ever made. In my opinion the old reliable GE brand does not deserve to be dragged down by having the GE logo on junk like this. My wife gave me money to buy myself a Christmas gift. I bought a Remington Titanium electric razor expecting to get the nice, smooth shave the actor on the TV advertisements gets. But instead of getting a nice, smooth shave, mine painfully yanked every hair out by the roots. I couldn't get my refund because I didn't save the original packaging and receipt. I am a frequent PC Richards buyer and bought a very expensive Miele dishwasher. The first one was the wrong dishwasher, not what I ordered, annoying, but they fixed the problem. It is a special machine to deal with hard water build up. It requires special salt to run the machine and they don't carry it in the stores although the salt is a Meile product. These people are slugs. They get you to purchase a toner cartridge for a low price. Then a few months later they call and tell you that it's time for you to accept the "balance" of your order -- which for me was 2 more toner cartridges.
