I purchased software for my computer since after logging on I was told that I had a virus and to purchase the software for Windows Vista. I followed the steps online for the purchase and was never given any confirmation number. Now my account shows $49.95 taken out with nothing sent. Upon buying several products for the first time in CD-R King after 2 hours i was given substandard products. Have return the first one for replacement and was a given another nonfunctioning unit. On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived. It is now March, 24th 2010 and I still have not received my iPod dock. I have called many times to ask and have received one excuse after another. Has anyone else not received their "free" iPod dock? We bought a new flat screen Toshiba tv in November 2009 based on salesman recommendation. Was promised price matching by salesman. Brought identical tv model in advertisement for price adjustment the next day. Salesman said would have to check with manager, he was not working that day. Two instances of incompetence within the Verizon/VerizonWireless company particularly in their billing and customer service areas. First instance. Went to web site (no number to call!) and they're under new ownership and a pop-up window to those who ordered before Feb. 13, 2010 (ME!) are NOT getting their orders! I purchased this Hitachi 55HDS69 Plasma TV and extended 3 year warranty on 12/31/2006. It worked fine until 2/3/2010 when the video died. The audio works fine. The TV was put in a repair shop on 2/4/2010 and they have informed me that they need a pair of boards (TS06623 & TS06624) to get the set going again. The TS06623 is not available and is on back order with no anticipated delivery date. 2 months have gone by and I have talked with Hitachi numerous times ( most recent 3/22/10 ) and still have no idea when parts might be available. I have a SIT 1x CDMA USB modem( Epivalley) supplied by TATA Indicom. I am not able to instal the modem in my laptop which is having a VISTA OS.
