When I bought my HP 1000 netbook it was stated that I could use vga out as HP advertises. I found out I had to buy a proprietary cable to get vga out. Then I find out they do not even make it. I had an entire PowerPoint presentation ready for 60 people when I found this out. The proprietary cable thing is bad enough(greed) but then they don't make it. I have netbooks from 4 other company's and they all use standard vga out. I was in Gamestop Saturday 3/6/10 to exchange some games and pick up some new ones. I had never done it before so I had a bunch and wound up with like $185.00 of credit to which I used to buy 3 other games and still have loot left over. Since Nov 2009 I have not received any monthly bill on my mailing address. Inly weekly sms is being sent by your service centre without any details of usage of calls. My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection. So I tried to order the update and thought it was through Microsoft. It was not. The company charged my credit card $69.95 and never gave a conformation e-mail or order number. I cancelled my card at that time and have been disputing the charge on my account. I reported the company to the Better Business and to Chase Customer Service. I order a Lenovo T400 laptop and accessories on Jan 4 2010 from Lenovo direct. I was told the shipdate would be 4-10 days. I finally received the laptop in late February. It is now early March and I still do not have the accesssories (mouse and carrying case). As a practice Lenovo extends the estimated ship date without bothering to inform their customers.
