He said this was the best and fadtest way to get a phone replaced if anything were to happen to my phone. Do not do business with this company! I ordered a back light for a Toshiba laptop. They sent the wrong part. I had to pay shipping to return it. They sent a replacement. It was the wrong part. I had to pay shipping to return it. The parts were obviously scrounged, used parts (no mention of this in their sales pitch). It took numerous telephone calls with long intervals on hold over several weeks to finally get a refund. Sept., 2009, I purchased 2 Kenwood Model EW7507EK authomatic thermostat oil filled heaters. I emailed De'Longi's Customer Service on why the heaters do not give off much heat and seem to be in need of more oil and requested to be advised where I can get the heaters serviced.
