I bought their V2 Premier computer off of ShopNBC and have had nothing but trouble with it. They will not stand behind their product at all and now I can't even download the drivers I need to update my computer. It is a piece of junk that cost twice as much as a regular computer would cost. I purchased a battery which was incorrectly advertised on the website of West Coast Power as being a replacement for battery model EV12. This is not true as the battery I received was a 6-cell battery, not a 12-cell as the EV12 is. Gigabyte continues to call either Northbridge or Southbridge changes to their Motherboards "revisions". However, their resellers have no way of knowing when stock is picked from their warehouse which revision is being pulled. This is very common at Newegg.com a large reseller of Gigabyte Motherboards. I ordered 2 bird cams for Christmas presents. They sent me four. They will not accept returns. They said it was my fault. Electronics and cameras can not be returned to this company. They were not accomodating or polite. I can understand that they dont accept worms back but unused cameras?? These werent even out of the box. I have sent several inquiries to them regarding the unlocking code which they said was unavailable. I bought a Hewett Packered from Fry's and had it last then a year and it broke, I had warentity with the product- company said send it in to be fixed, I sent it in 6 weeks later, it was sent back and supposelly the video card was fixed. It wasn't, I sent it back another 6 weeks and it worked good for 3 months and then the motherboard went bad, just as the warrentity ran out. I took to fry in las vegas, where I bought this item and they charged my 70.00 to tell me the motherboard will cost 649.00 to fix.
