Last year Hydro One came to our house (still living with my parents) and they came to change the house to one of those smart meters. On Tuesday my laptop computer crashed and I thought I made the correct choice to call GEEKS. I was told that someone would get back to me to schedule a in-home repair. I just wanted to say that w/this predicto thing. If you see charges on your bill. You can call 800-360-0518 and explain to them that you dont know what it was and they will take care of you. Customer service was pitiful at this electronic repair store located at the corner of Bumby and Colonial. I took a DVD player to them to repair back in March, and after two months finally realized they either didn't have the expertise or could care less about repairing the unit. I went for two months while they stumbled around to try and diagnose a problem I had. All I wanted to know was could the unit be repaired at a cost less than a new one. I have a complaint on this company who are great scammers and I have been scammed by them. They were scheduled to come to my residence and replace 2 power roof vents at 7:00 AM which required that I take the morning off work. They called at 7:30 AM to advise they could not be there until 2:00 PM, which would require me to take the day off. I purchased a wide screen TV at Rex Electronics in St Augustine and it was defective. Rex came and picked up the defective one and I went to the store and chose a 56 inch Samsung. I was able to get a board and a tech sent out on 1 of the tvs just happened they sent the wrong board and said they could not afford to send any more boards.
