Fuse Blown LED light is slways lid whethr it is actually blown or not. Changed the fuse 2-3 time but all in vain. It seems the ads are only for sale.. not after sale service. Service is very poor. Two months ago, I took four HP ink cartridges into Office Depot. They put my worklife rewards account up with my phone number and added the credit of four cartridges ($3.00) each, so I thought. When I went into the store about two weeks ago, they stated I should have gotten a rewards card in the mail for that amount and what ever else was on my account. My friend and I both ordered VOX 500GB External drive through e-cost in Dec 2008 with a rebate of $40 and have yet to see anything. VOX official website has a rebate status check which doesn't even show that a rebate was submitted for either one of us and when we contact ecost all they say is that we have submitted your rebate again and are waiting for a response back. We purchased a new $65 blood pressure monitor at Wal Mart. It didn't work right out of the box, so we returned to Wal mart and was informed they could not replace or refund on it, that it had to be sent to the company by us. I purchased the HP laptop in November of 2008 and put it together in January of 2009. since I am pretty computer illiterate I hired a competent computer person to connect my HP printer, connect my Outlook and a few things like that. Since then I have spent about as much on serviced calls as on the computer itself.
