I bought a blue Motorola razr cell phone in December 2008 from Phonestoreusa on Ebay- The paint is wearing off the covers and in the grey area (its copper underneath?) of the keypad. The camera has so much lint that it is unusable. The glass cracked on the outer display while it was facing my leg in my pants pocket. I received an Archos 605 30gig as a gift from my family. It never worked since I got it, returned it to Archos for repair after many emails for help. I waited the requested 10 -15 business days (three weeks total) and asked what was going on. I got an email saying my archos was in the mail. One week later I received a reconditioned piece of junk that wouldn't even charge and still had the same faults and more than the new one I sent back. I returned this one and requested either my archos repaired and returned or a new one just like I sent but preferably working. My Desktop Computer was brought to P.C.S Computer, Inc because I did not have a contract with an outside vendor. I figured its been there awhile in the neighborhood so it must be ok. Do not do buiness with this company. They do not keep promises. The product is cheaply made. They say they will refund if not happy but have not refunded my money. Bi-State Point of sales solutions I have recently purchased a P.O.S. system from them and these people give service a bad name. They came to install the system without having the menus programed and without the necessary hardware to complete the job, months later I still do not even have wall plates for the cat 5 cables to connect to.
