I purchased this product in November and tried to use it only to find that it had serial number problems. I emailed them and they eventually got the problem fixed. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can’t get a refund. We purchased a boilermate wh-7 41 gallon tank for our in floor heating unit in 2001. Since then we have had to replace the smart control unit three times. now we are looking at other options to replace the tank because we are concerned that replacing the smart control again will not be very smart. I rec msg on tv screen that the lamp was nearing the end of its life. We called Norman's for service. The repair man, Tom, came out and replaced the lamp. When he tested the tv, the tv came on and then immediately cut off. He worked on it a few more minutes. After which, he ran the tv for a few minutes and told me if it happened again to call him.
