company is totally useless. I ordered cartridges, they sent ones with NO CHIPS so for every cartridge you have to try and remove the chip from the old cartridge and VERY carefully put it into the new one and believe me it is VERY EASY TO DAMAGE THE CHIP, Both ones that I replaced DID NOT WORK after. XM is billing us for Lifetime service of the XM radio when we call because our service had been interrupted. Our last bill was over 1600 dollars for our one vehcile unit. Currently we do not have any service because our account was suspended because we didn't pay the 1600 dollrs, that we don't owe. We had pre-paid for a 3 year plan and upgraded to a Lifetime plan and despite this we have no XM radio and an ridiculous bill. I purchased a Philips steam iron from Best Denki for RM109 in April 2008. The iron was on sale and I have no idea it does not have automatic thermostat control. I actually burnt a shirt the first time I used the iron because it was too hot! My less than 3 year old front loading Kenmore washing machine (Whirlpool Duet sold under the Kenmore name) needs new ball bearings. Hi, I have IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) and it's under AMC with IFB. 1.5 months back (9th July 2009), I'd put a complain for it's malfunctioning. Technician has visited my place twice, and yet the problem is not resolved. I have been following up with call centres, service centres and regional manager as well, but till date (40 days+), the issue is not yet resolved. IFB has to improve it's after sales service. On August 3rd I ordered a Roku Netflix player. On August 4th, I found a cheaper solution with the Playon software and called to cancel my order with Roku. They said the order had already shipped. On the outside of the Magnavox VHS to DVD recorders there is no mention of needing any other parts to make the unit work or to connet it. But as soon as you open the flaps there is a hazy gray picture of a "external tuner" that must be connected for the unit to work. I bought an Apokin laptop battery in Hong Kong for my Dell Vostro 1500 laptop last March 2009. When I went home to Manila, the battery was a tight fit into my laptop and refused to work.
