He then said that he is waiting on them to receive the wire since it was an international transfer, but to start with he said the supplier was in Ohio. What a crock! First a customer service person sells me a new printer, when I really wanted ink. Then when the printer arrives it doesn't have the necessary features. I return that printer and suffer more than ten hours of technical help time trying to make the old printer work properly again. Techs drop my call, they don't call back as promised. I forced to pay for help like its a black mail racket. I feel that the company is incompetent to handle the service issues customers present. I hope that manufacturers of computers become more responsible for hiring enough people to solve problems without hours of wait time. read full review »

This "business owner" and his "boutique" needs to pack up and quit. Sales reps are churned, not paid, and generally abused. I purchased a Cabrio in February 2007. The machine never worked and the repairman sent out 3 days later said he did not know how to repair it! After pestering Whirlpool and Tasco from whom I purchased the machine for 3 weeks, I finally received a new machine a month later. This machine worked great until 3 weeks ago - it is now less than 20 months old. Because it is outside the 1 year warrenty, Whirlpool will do nothing. Bought a Maytag Quiet Series 300 at Home Depot. Worked okay but a year and a half it died. The problem is in the power switches. I am an engineer by proffession. Complaint is simple: Ordered product; Credit card charged; never received product. Projector Lamp Center is just not honest. Each time I've called I've gotten "the lamp will ship today" but that hasn't happened. Given their apparent lack of integrity I'd avoid buying from them. Also, avoid buying from anyone that doesn't put a ship date on their invoice (Projector Lamp Center doesn't give you a ship date, they just charge you anyway) - this just delays your attempts to file a complaint with the credit card company. Refund was denied supposedly because it was postedmarked after the last acceptable date. The only criteria for this was to have it paosted within 30 days of purchase. I have a 7 month old Blackberry Curve. The charging port quit working. A couple of the pins inside broke, under normal and gentle use. Blackberry and it's providers are refusing to treat this as under warrenty. They claim that it is user abuse or some such thing. They tell this to providers also, like ATT.
