Carolina West Wireless has cheated me out of my cellular contract. They are not a good company to do business with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The salesperson lied. The debit card used to make payment was never used - there is no record of an attempted payment at the bank from Vesta. However, the phone company sent me a collection notice stating that I am being charged for nonpayment of a debt. I abhor this charge; I detest this, because it is not true. Also, when I attempt to upload again, the Vesta refuses to do so, because of nonpayment. When I try to pay with a debit card from the same account, it is decline - they say by the bank. On September 9, 2008 I paid DRI*Symatis $39.99 to renew my virus protection on one of my two computers. Todate I do not have any protection against viruses. I just renewed my coverege on my second computer and I hope I won't lose coversge on the piece of equipment. I need action NOW. On 11/02/08 I purchased a WEP200 bluetooth headset which I found to be very good. There is one big problem I found. I could not keep the headset firmly in my ear. I tried every thing I could it just would not stay in my ear. On a couple of occasions that day it fell completly off on the ground. I went to my local hardware store and purchased a couple of items that I thought could help me with my problem. I designed a type of ear hook that not only kept the device firmly in my ear but is comfortable and totally maximises my speaker clarity and volume.
