I called Huges Net on August 22, 2008 to cancel services due to moving and would not need services. Instructed them to cancel services effected August 25, 2008. I'm making this complaint in behalf of my wife who a few months back subscribed to the Game Saver service of receiving a computer game a month for $6.95 each. There is no problem getting the games on a monthly basic but so far our credit card gets charged twice for every game received. It's next to impossible to talk to a person to correct this problem. This is a monthly publication, sent by 1st Class mail. Until October 2008 it had been taking WEEKS for the publication to arrive. Now there has been NO delivery since October 2008. I know that issues have been mailed but they have not gotten to Palmer Lake, CO 80133-0994. The local P.O. folks have not received the newsletter; I have asked and they are aware of the publication. I did not ask to purchase the magazines. On the contrary, I stated that I do not purchase products from a phone call. They sent me free copies and ask if I would like to subscribe for further issues. I was charged, on my visa card, 4 times on 1/23/09. Charges were $24.00, $18.00, $29.00, $22.00. I tried calling the company at the number I found from the complaints board. I was taken through an automated process that asked me if I wanted to cancel (something I didn't request) I said yes, then it stated that 15 months of magazine would be sent to me and if I didn't cancel at that time charges would be made to my account. I own a powerleveling company. I sold 5 accounts to ga-sale, all level 60. They said they would pay within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, they had only paid for one account. Ordered a DVD set just after Christmas. Received email confirmation of my order from Storefantastic.com. They took the money from my checking account immediately but I have never received the product. I have sent at least 5 or 6 different emails requesting a tracking number of some sort or status of my order. I received no response to any of my emails.
