this store is the absolute worst... i ordered a living room set.. the sales person wrote the recepit and told me that it woud be delivered in 2-4 weeks.. after 5 weeks i called on 3 seperate occassions... no one would call me back.. i had recalled where the sales person said the furniture was coming from so i looked up the phone number of the warehouse online and called it...the man at the warehouse told me that the store told him not to call me for 4 weeks..the furniture had been sitting in the warhouse for the past 4... read full review »

Cindy Crawford's line of furniture is beyond horrible quality. I purchased a very expensive $3500 dollar complete sectional living room set from Cindy Crawford's line. I purchased the micro fiber 4 piece sectional set. The cushion padding is horrible, the fabric looks very worn and thin after only having the furniture for 1 year and I only have a family of 4 using the furniture. To, Respected Sir, I want to tell you about our senior Mohit Mahrotra and R.M. They never give any support. They always make us absent and always give mental tension and always dominate us. They never think about the maintenance of vms because in our vms the computer, inverter, light and A.C. are not working. No stocks and Handset are available in our vms. ComEd sent a monthly bill for 11/22 - 12/22/09 increased $55. This is an outrage. The only excuse that ComEd has was that the furnace is kicking off more. This is a lame attempt to explain the unexplainable. Our furnace is new and efficient and has already saved us an average of $100 a month during the winter. This company is horrible! I was referred to them regarding the installation of a home alarm and it turned into a nightmare! they sent no less than 5 installers and the alarm is still not working correctly. they also offered a $100 gas rebate card and $100 visa gift card. We are indeed very shocked to notice our floor tiles supplied by Kumar Builders, which has broken, cracked and expanded within short span of being laid at our house. More than 40 tiles have been affected in the house and rests of it are getting bulged / rising expanded. This is very disturbing and causing mental agony. I purchased a Jenn Air french door with bottom freezer refrigerator model #JCF2089HES less than 2 years ago. I have already had to have the control panel strip replaced as the refrigerator was freezing since the flap from the freezer was getting stuck in the open position. And now the ice maker malfunctioned causing water to run all over my hardwood floors. I called Security Associates International, Inc. (SAI) to cancel my contract and they told me, 'No problem, but you'll get a bill for $679.83.' I moved! I can imagine a $100 or $200 early termination fee, but to have to pay the entire remaining term on a 36 month contract? I asked 'is that legal?' and they told me it's a binding contract. Kenmore Sears Furnace installed 2005. "Control Board" failed Nov 2008. Call to Sears for service. "We can get someone there in 10 days" Called to a local Heating contractor, they were able to make a visit and get the Honeywell designed part that day. Cost of repair $740.00 Jan 8, 2009 Furnace failed again. Now the "exciter motor" has bit the dust. This furnace is sold as a "just-like-a-Trane" unit by the Sears reps. This is NOT even close to the truth! The motor parts are nothing like the Trane units. SEARS does nothing to care for their customers. Back in October 2008, I had a granite counter top installed and noticed shortly after the counter top was installed that the cook top was cut off center from the microwave above and stove below. I contacted the installer and let them know how they want to handle this error. I would schedule times for the installer to come out to look at this and they would cancel hours before the appointment. Just recently, the seam at the cook top (near the backsplash) has come apart. to whom may give a damn. I live in moore houses in the bronx. My stove was clicking and I had no choice but to call 911, the fire department said my stove has a malfunction and I cant use it anymore. The housing office says that the Con Ed turn off gas in four building. They say they dont know when its coming back on, that doesnt make sense what are people going to do about eating. 01 Dec I bought a Yardworks Electric Snow Thrower at the local Canadian Tire Store in Moose Jaw. It is the 9A version, item number 60-3982-0. After using it three times the plastic impeller broke as well as one of the guide vanes. The temperature that morning was minus 28 Celsius. This company failed to pay it's guards on normal paydays, numerous times in 2007. In addition, some guard's paychecks bounced when cashed at their banks, even after this complaint was made known to the business owner. I am aware of one guard whose paycheck was returned by his bank for insufficient funds on behalf of his employer, on three consecutive paydays. I purchased a stearns and foster mattress in aug. 07. the first mattress delivered was torn, the 2nd mattress delivered was torn, the 3rd mattress delivered had a little tear in the binding. Ultramar doesn't install to TSSA (technical stadards and safety association) standards. Ultramar installed an external oil tank to the side of my house, boring a hole through solid rock foundation without strapping the tank. Result, tank sunk 12 inches but the pipe didn't causing the 3 inch pipe to support the weight of the oil and tank, and thus leaking. Even after tssa said it wasn't to code, they wouldn't do anything and ultramar said the contractor they hired/used was at fault. Hmmmm. Just another example of how people are taken advantage of. In December, we received our new gas oven. From the first day, it did not work right, shooting flames from the bottom of the oven and giving off a noxious odor when we tried to use the broiler. Our installer was able to adjust the flames on the oven bottom but we had to call a local GE repair service to work on the other, far more serious, troubles. The repairman came and, after 3 hours, said the oven was unfixable.
