We made our decision based on a sample at the store as well as a sales rep who talked about the great value of the floor as well as the industrial finish and wonderful warranty on the product as long as we used their installer. Steve Janks appears to think the only mistake he made on our remodel job was not pulling permits. This is simply amazing. He was found guilty of stringing lamp shade wire through walls, installing windows too small to meet fire egress codes, a stairway that was not to code and much more. I purchased a brand new set of Pasta attachments online for $99 during Thanksgiving. When I used it, one of the cutter (Fettucine) is defect and didn't work properly and noodles kept jammed. DO NOT BUY - I purchased this product from Sam's Club about 1 month ago and installed them exactly as instructed. The floors look like they been in the home for years. They scratch extremely easily and dent - yes, dent. I dropped a quarter on the floor and it left a significant dent. We have a dog, and he has scratched the floors so badly, even with manicured nails, we will have to replace before selling. I can understand and live with wear and tear, but this is unacceptable. I had my pool resurfacced with skyblue Fla Gem with 3(three) stome crabes and 1 stone dolphine, pool papers states I have lifetime garantee, well the dolphin stated to come up and so did the crabes. We invested ina wooden floor from The Floor Club in Bonita Springs FL. The brand is SHAW, and the fwood is discolored and continues to discolor. Complete Criminals. Preyed upon my 80 yr old mother. Charged $975 to replace a disposal. This job should have been $300 tops. Did not give a written estimate and pressured her into signing for a job that did not need be done. They took the order, knowing what was specifically wrong with the system and that they were going to refuse the order. They were trying to extort a $50 dollar fee from us for driving out to our home. In May 2008, I hired Wilfredo Delacruz Professional Services to troubleshoot the house central air unit. Mr. Delacruz stated that I needed a new unit. I agreed to replacement. DelaCruz stated he would install an AC unit and rework the air handling unit for a total fee $1700. Just this week, 2 Dec I bought a gold & silver pine cone wreath from the Martha Stewart collection in K-Mart. I thought it was lovely but after hanging it on my door the problems began. Every time we opened the front door the pine cones would start falling off. The first time I had to use my hot glue gun to glue them on. Expo Stucco subcontracted to apply Dryvit exterior on my home 12 years ago. Recently, water leaks were discovered in two separate walls necessitating extensive reconstruction of the walls. The cause was found to be directly related to poor workmanship when the stucco was applied.
