Long story short, GotWholesaling is an absolutely aweful company and their products, Infinity Spas are garbage. We purchased an Infinity Spa on e-bay in August, 2007 and paid right away. 10 weeks later, we received our tub. I purchased a mattress set from Sleepy's in Middletown, NY and I have had nothing but problems. I am now on my third mattress. The “Mattress Professionals” at Sleepy's will not let me exchange the defective mattress set or allow me to upgrade to a different mattress set without paying additional fees. We have been fighting with GE Money Bank about a debt that we did not incur. They turned it over to Sharinn & Lipshie. We never received anything from Sharinn and Lipshie. Property owners beware of this company! They will take your money and not pay contractors for services provided. This can result in a lien being filed on your property. Pool is four years old and falling apart. I thought I was doing the smart thing by using all the same brand equipment like I was told. Don't believe that though. I had a house built by the above company. After the house was built there was a clause in the contract that any snags would be addressed by the builder. I had an independent inspector go over the house and submitted this report to the builder, who till now has refused to meet with me or rectify the faults found. Noticed a defect on the inside of the frame surrounding the lcd tv, after numerous phonecalls an engineer from VISUAL FX turns up, no use, after 2 more visits the engineer comes back, leave a shoddy loan set covered in duct tape...takes the TV set away in a thin cotton sack, leans it against a car in the road while he unlocks his van!! Adagio manufactures fixtures for bathroom sinks. They sell through a vendor which eventually sells it to the homebuilder and eventually to the homeowner. I, the homeowner, bought an expensive onyx sink fixture (OX-016) for $570 which has developed an series of elongated cracks which really should not have happened. I placed my original order for furniture in May of 2008. We paid for half of it so that it could be ordered in July 2008. In August we were told it was discontinued and to pick something else out. Bought this washer wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please find another machine to buy. I spent a lot of money on this and it leaks, smells, ruins my floor and my clothes (it twists clothes together in a big tangle) and our clothes are not even clean. Has error codes flashing. Just not of good quality. I regret buying it. I had an old washer for 12 years, after it finally quit i splurged (or so I thought) on an energy, water saving machine. My new condo association hired Rodney as a result of a proposal sent to us via e-mail by Doris Kelly, the business's office manager offering his services to inspect and clean our complex's 39 chimney, fireplaces, and dryer vents. I bought a St. Croix pellet stove insert in June 2008. So far no problems with performance. But support... forget it. The manual is badly written. You are at the mercy of your local dealer. If you have a technical question and call the manufacturer in Waco, Nebraska you will hit a stone wall. I had a simple question about purchasing the right kind of UPS (battery backup) which my dealer had (wrongly) discouraged me from purchasing. Yesterday I returned from to my car after buying a few items at Lowes Hardware. I found that one of their huge carts (the type for hauling lumber, not the shopping cart type) had been pushed into the back of my car. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE We purchased white cribs for our twins and I must say that the finish on them is terrible. They scratch incredibly easy and further to that we purchased the mattress frames from Concord for the 3-in-1 crib and I'm not joking when I opened the box to install it, the metal frames, yes metal frames were as crooked as the owner. There is no such thing as a perfect product but one of the best on the market is Kingsdown. I notice people keep saying they call Kingsdown. Weather you buy a bed sofa or tv you don't call the manufacturer, you call the retailer. In the last 6 years Kingsdown has sold 700, ooo sets of bedding(to NYC retailers) and I see a very small handfull of complaints. Dreamwater Spas, never heard of them the company that's because they use to go by another name Infinity Spas. David Hatley is still running the show and things are worse then ever. This company does not pay it's distributors, oh wait they do send you check but they will be bad one. I purchased a pre construction condo from BAY View Grand(BVG) Developers in Puerto Vallarta Mexico over 2 years ago. About 1 year ago BVG has been sued by the Hotel Association in Puerto Vallarta for obtaining an illegal building permit and building a High Rise Condo complex that went against the building codes. BVG payed off the mayor of puerto Vallarta and he has since left mexico to escape any criminal charges. In July 2007, I contacted Bathbrite about refinishing a shower and a bathtub. I had looked at the web site. They offered a 5 year warranty. Their prices seemed very reasonable. August 15, 2008 One day after the death of my father, my 85 year-old mother had someone take her to purchase 2 mattress sets from Stockton Mattress Company.
