I recently bought a home from Keystone Homes because I had read great reviews and heard that they build nice homes. Years back I bought a wall unit from them and they delivered the furniture damage and one of the pieces of the wall unit didn't match with the other. I refused to accept it and I asked them to take it back. It took me about 4 trips to their store to try to get my money back. Raj Homes are a builder at Bhopal, who promise an eco friendly colony in their advertisements. However the occupants of New Minal Residency are facing problems as water tankers move around blocking roads and spilling water making road side muddy. These water tankers transfer water to sump tank by running diesel pumps, which are not only emitting smoke but are also creating noise even in the night hours and during day. The water tanker drivers are free to keep their radio on full volume creating problems for the residents. I ordered RED azaleas and dogwood trees from TY TY Nursery. They sent pink and did not acknowledge my complaint. I sent 2 letters, my cancelled check and photos of the pink flowers. No we have a red tiled swimming pool with nasty PINK flowers around it. It looks awful. Unfortunately, with flowers you can’t see the colour till they bloom, you wait all spring and they bloom a different colour than you ordered. VERY disappointing. For Xmas we ordered off the Leons Website a kitchen table & 8 chairs. When delivered, 3 of the chairs were broken which we had to physically return ourselves and pick up our own replacements strictly because it was ordered off the net, not directly from a store location. Purchase a Maytag dryer 2 years and 2 months ago. The dryer stopped working. Had Sears out to take a look and they took the dryer apart and found that the outer drum had a six inch crack in the drum. Likey a manufacturing defect that finally got so bad the dryer failed. I called Maytag and they did NOTHING. Thought it perfectly acceptable that a two year old dryer failed by a larger crack in the outer drum (the one that is outside and not visible unless it is taken apart). This company also does roof work. On May 21, 2008 I advanced Steve Allen Powell money to replace shingles at my home. Powell signed an agreement to complete the roof job. Powell did not return to do the job as promised and used the money for his own use. Powell refuses to return the money advanced($1, 641.65) I have filed in small claim court as directed by The sheriff of Catawba County but Powell has actually robbed me of this money. We completely re-did our kitchen using all Jenn Air products, because I liked their oven. The top of the line Jenn Air built in side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer was installed DEC'06. 1st) The freezer door has never closed properly and the side by side doors have never lined up properly. More than 2 months ago, Stahls Glass came and measured all nine windows on one side of my house. The windows are large, expensive, and were stained from water damage inside them. Stahl's removed the windows to use as a template for the replacements, and put in plywood temporarily. I paid them half, $640, as a deposit. They were supposed to complete the job in 3 days. Sofa Mart and its partner Oak Express have no idea how to order and deliver what the customer wants. I received the wrong piece from Oak Express and have to wait another week for replacement. Sofa Mart is worse. They ordered and shipped a sofa I ordered a love seat. They shipped the sofa and it arrived in the wrong colour as well. I ordered a 5 ton unit from AC Direct after getting quotes for $8000 to $16000 from local dealers including Sears. I paid $3600 for a new Goodman 90, 000 BTU 95% eff. with a 5 Ton Condenser and coil unit. This price included the installation kit with three 25ft 7" ducts and one 25ft 14" duct. I bought my Gaggenau 290 convection/conventional oven about 2 1/2 years ago and recently the interior window on the oven door shattered into a thousands of tiny pieces. The oven was preheating at a temp of 375 at the time, the door was closed and the oven had been on for about 10 minutes. When I went to the oven to open the door I saw that it had shattered sometime in the previous ten minutes. Anyone interested in buying from the roomstore needs to beware, they are the worst furniture store ever. First when I had me bedroom set delivered they had the nerve enough to deliver the bed with no mattresses. Then when I call the office he says oh yea I meant to call and tell you the mattresses were not in. I strongly recommend you do not employ this company to do any work in your home or business. They are employed by a house builder who built my home and I have experienced 3 major problems as a result of this plumber's work and it has cost me over $26, 000 to fix them and one has not been completely fixed yet. The owner has been approached to make restitution but because he has no personal integrity and lacks basic honesty, he won't admit to his mistakes and he has refused to accept any responsibility for his work. I was about to buy a ScanPan NonStick Frypan, but then I found out that is was made from PTFE. The company cleverly hides this fact by saying their product is "green" and is not made from Teflon. But Teflon is PTFE and PTFE is known to cause cancer. PTFE is now listed as a carcinogen. So the nerve to sell cookware as healthy when it is made from PTFE.
