I have purchased a new Hitachi ACE Split AC 1.5 ton in Delhi recently. The dealer sent an engineer to install the AC informing that this engineer is trained by the company and will do a good job. Two cylinders of Hp belonging to us were stolen from my house. We went to the police station and lodged an FIR and then went to Little gas Agency who is our supplier asking to provide us a spare cylinder. We’ve ordered a container full of teak furniture from Jepara 50 in Indonesia. 65% of the furniture were not kiln dry properly or expose to rain and humidity afterwards. The furniture once received started to crack severely, split and break. I purchased a Voltas split AC (2.00T Vertis HW Split Aircon) in Pune on 8th March 2008. It cost me around 25, 000. After delivery, while the product was being installed, a defect was noticed. ABA Plumbing is company owned by a single man (Mazen Hashem). We called the plumber to fix the plugged toilet. He didn't get the problem fixed and left our place. He charged us extra for the work he didn't do. He simply told us to pour bleach in the toilet and that will solve the problem. That's totally a lie. We called him up after to address the issue but he kept hanging up the phone and swore to us. I checked with BBB and there were 3 complaints against the company last year. A customer claimed to have never received a refund check. We stopped payment (Wells Fargo Check) but the check was cashed at a Nevada Walmart (superstore in Henderson). If Walmart/Certegy had checked with Wells Fargo, they would have quickly determined that a stop had been placed on the check. Hi, We had purchased a RO type of water filter from Eureka forbes in second week of April 2007. When the system was installed we were informed by the sales person that the system was Reverse Osmosis (RO) type. However the system installed was of type Nano Filter (NF). This is a warning to anyone who has purchased a washing machine from Sears. I have recently discovered that it is Sears policy to take away the shipping bolts that are fitted to washing machines. These are fitted to prevent internal damage during transport, but should actually be left with the customer as they need to be refitted if ever the machine needs to be moved (e.g. when moving house). On Tuesday, April 2, 2008, my mother and I attempted to purchase a Martha Stewart kitchen island. We had to wait for assistance since the store does not have enough sales people available. A representative came to my house and told me I would save on my gas bill. I recently recieved my bill from DTE energy and before, I was paying about 40.00 a monthly in gas and now I am paying 85-90.00 each month. DTE gas is at 1.005 and Universals is at 1.049, which is extremely high. I called Universal to cancel their protection program and the representative stated I would have to pay 250.00 to cancel their services.
