I purchased rust color towels in linen'n'things. I washed them with other towels in warm water. My beige Avanti towels came out of the wash with orange blotches all over them. I called the store manager in the Holmdel store. She replied that I should have washed them in cold water. The washing instructions say to wash in warm water. We ordered furniture (headboard and bed) from this store in November 25, 2007 and they promised to deliver it to us in 6-8 weeks. Up to this date (02/10/08), they have not kept their promise. The salesman also said that our credit card will not be charged until after they delivered the furniture but our recent credit card statement showed the charges for this purchase. We own a rental property where we had a Kenmore refrigerator, which we purchased from my daughter, in that house, model # 52012100, serial # SL1943508. I am currently in a law suit with Lumber Liquidator. Our installer put down approximately 170 square feet of the 620 square feet of wood. There were gaps in the flooring. For over 1 year we have been dealing with Oreck trying to get a Rinse-A-Matic carpet cleaner that worked. We purchased a rebuilt unit directly from Oreck on line on Feb. 11, 2007.
