My Consumer number is 22496. I had booked a gas cylinder on 12.04.2008 and I was told that my waiting number is 882. I was told that the cylinder would be available in 2 days. Till date the promised cylinder has not arrived. The gas agency is even denying the fact of cylinder booking and denying the booking no. 882. The staff attending to the phone calls have no courtesy answering the phone calls. They even cut the line abruptly when genuine doubts regarding the delay are asked. I received a beautiful set of Cambridge Silversmith Flatware for Christmas. After 1 month it was full of ugly stains and rust spots. Shopko would not take it back, so I decided to call the company. I got a very rude lady named Maryanne. They did agree to send me another set. After washing just the knives once - the same spots occurred. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this compnay and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the compnay requesting an order update with no response. We purchased an Edgestar 12000 BTU portable air conditioner and it was probably the worst purchase I ever made. It started leaking 2 days after I started using it. Best of all it just stopped functioning after that. The retailer that sold it, Compactappliance.com was just downright unhelpful in resolving my problem. They kept referring me to Edgestar to get it fixed. Almost impossible to get a hold of live person at Edgestar. HP Gas serveice is a curse to the consumers. This is really frustrating. They should be penalised for their black marketting which causes severe problem to the HP gas consumers. I paid a delivery charge to Lowes of $59.00 for them to deliver 16- 8ft 2x6s, 8- 4x8 7/16 osb panels, 9- packs of 3 tier shingles, and about 6 -1lb boxes of assorted nails. LG Airconditoner Services is the worst in the Navi Mumbai area. We had renewed the LG Air conditioner's AMC since Oct'07 to a epriod of Oct'08. We have an 18' X 48" Intex above ground pool. My 2" diameter water transfer hose recently sprung a leak and when I went on line to Intex.com amd there were no replacement hoses for our pump 520. After much hoopla, I was pushed into buying a tempurpedic bed - i asked the salesperson, and i quote ' IS TEMPURPEDIC A HOT BED? I was told NO!!! On 3/8/2008 a service tech. came out to my home in regard to a call I made to the service center stating that my snow thrower which inwas purchased on 12/18/2006 in responce to my snow thrower starting to smoke and excessive noise. I had a brand new Doughboy above ground 18 foot round pool installed in my back yard on a concrete slab in August 2006. The pool company who installed the original pool did a very poor job and my liner had lot's of little holes in it from the concrete underneath within 3 months. Our worst buy ever has been the pasture vacuum made by Greystone USA of Las Vegas. We bought one (the larger Maxi Vac and mostly made in the USA). We think it is poorly made with numerous design flaws. The Chinese made trailer coupler was assembled backwards and even after we took it apart and put it together with the springs in the right order it still needed to be pried apart each time you took it off/put in on the trailer ball.
