This branch of safegurad storage increases their monthly rate by $16, and claim is written in the contract. They increase this amount after the first month of renting a unit. and I repeat its no where in the contract writeen that they will increase 16 dollars. I purchased an Asko dryer from Bray and Scarff in 2003 along with the extended service policy. In Janaury 2008 I called them to repair the dryer. I have a Maytag Neptune MAH4000AWW front loader and the washer quit spinning the clothes. When the cycle was over the clothes were still very wet. We got one of these Brewmasters and we really love it. The idea that you dont have to fool around with a glass carafe is nice. However, we have noticed that the coffee seems to taste plasticky..when the coffee brews, it sits in a plastic bucket until its dispensed. I do not know if thats the reason coffee tastes funny, or if it picks up the plastic taste from the container the water is poured in to...we use bagged coffee, so its not picking up taste from a plastic can...we are just so disappointed with this, as the coffee maker is really cool. I always owned lazyboy furniture and loved it, but not no more, I bought a sofa and recliner that they talked up to good quality, what a farce. 4th march 2008 I paid rupees 900 by check for a tata walky phone connection. To date (31st march 2008) I have not received the phone. We have a Kenmore Elite 3 door refrig purchased from the Great Indoors. It has been serviced 5 times ..3 times for the same reason..circuit board quits working..we loose the cooling in both the freezer and frig part. We have lost food 3 times. Hi, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Best Buy in September 2006. In March 2006 and prior the freezer stop producing ice and the repairmen was called to fix the freezer but had to order the parts. I had Lowe's install Pella windows in my home in Pittsburgh, PA late last year. After their contractor finished, I realized that he had caulked closed and covered with aluminum trim all of the weep holes in the windows. (These are the little holes that allow water to get out of the window frames. If these are plugged, the water finds its way into the wall cavity and can severely damage the structure.) I am a furniture and bedding customer service representative for Macy's. All of the complaints I see here do have some basis. First, the stainsafe/worry-no-more is basically insurance. It is not a warranty. Insurance is something that covers you in case of accidents not from normal wear and tear type issues. Rainsoft of Birmingham called us about testing our water and the very first night they tested the water coming out of the kitchen faucet, then they tested the water coming through the "mini" Rainsoft filtration unit and told us how great our water is going to be. Under contract with AllBrand Windows dated October 25, 2007, Polybau vinyl frame windows were installed November 19, 2007. The job consisted of nine units connected in various combinations for three windows. One window was configured incorrectly. That window displayed several problems.
