I purchased a sofaset, two beds, two mattresses, a dining table - two beds were sent on the 2nd which was the date the deliveries were supposed to be made. No mattress was delivered and after multiple phone calls a makeshift mattress of a lower model was delivered that evening. ( I was informed after all payments were made that one mattress is out of stock). Since then - I am yet to receive the original mattress, the other mattress in the original order and the sofaset. The dining table arrived on the 11th and is yet to be assembled. I speak to customer care many times a day- they give me the run around and have left me with nothing to live on yet. read full review »

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I will make this brief. We purchased the flooring through Lumber Liquidators. The home service store sent Joel to give us an estimate. Joel gave us the estimate, said we would not see any nail holes or wood putty, and told us he warranties his installation for a year. Joel’s crew knew nothing about not having any nail holes or not filling gaps with putty. The flooring has many many unsightly nail holes and gaps filled with putty. I purchased a Daewoo Refrigerator, Model # FR-094R (SS) sometime in September of 2009. This is a very small, no frills efficiency unit, similar to the type you may find in hotel rooms. It requires periodic manual defrosting. I dug out the instruction manual to perform this task properly. I did not understand some of the terminology so, I decided to call the customer service number provided in the booklet. Coast to coast carports
Was scheduled to have a carport delivered on Friday 7-30-10 so I took a vacation day for that day and they called Thursday night to say they would have to reschedule for Saturday. No one showed up Saturday, then one of the crew that was going to deliver and set it up called at 8:30 in the evening and wanted to come on Sunday. Sales Rep advised they don't sell the floor model. They do. Tables they clean up before delivery, furniture they vacuum, before delivery, but I have found old stains in the cushions of my couch, and covered up scratches on my tables. The end tables were discontinuted along time ago. They no longer have my set on their show room floor; when asked, they said they had a persistant customer. I had Elite Aircare come to my home to perform duct cleaning. The technician "Nick" walked around the house and told me what they were going to do, he then had me write them a check (they wouldn’t accept credit card) He and the other tech then brought their equipment into the house and started to work. Nick spent most of his time smoking and trying to “up sell†me numerous items and services while the other tech supposedly cleaned the duct work. Unless you are prepared to deal with the salesperson, who is of course friendly and charming, for hours, do not schedule an appointment with this company for any of their products. On July 30, 2010, I called the Farmers Home Furniture store at 6121 Fairburn Rd. Douglasville, Ga.30134. I spoke to the getleman (Jamie) explained to him that I was paying on my payment.

I registered in Kenstar toll free number. This machine is lying without use from last 4 months. One of service guy came and found the leakage problem and promised to replace the part in 15-20 days.
Many times I did call to service center. There is one person Mr.Jha who abused and said not to call again and again, even asked to through out the machine. We bought our Janda leather lounge suite thinking that buying an expensive one ($5000) would last us many many years. I also had beleived that you get what you pay for, however I have since realised that this isn't always so. The leather has peeled and looks awful. I've heard this company has been sued and they have filed for bankruptcy. I'm not surprised if this is how they treat their customers:
1. Brings their kids (all under 8) to the worksite frequently where they are a distraction.
2. Very rarely follows through with appointments that they and their subcontractors make. They aren’t motivated enough to get the job done in a timely manner. I bought a Kenmore HE washing machine from Sears about three years ago and three weeks ago the appliance did not complete its cycle to wash my clothes. I called Sears Repair and was told that we could not get a repair person to respond until a week later. I had a friend who is in the appliance repair business take a look at it and was told that the CPU (the push buttons to work the washing machine) was not working. Tile
I made the mistake of hiring Empire to install tile in my house. The installers did a significant amount of damage to my house. The installers knocked out chunks of wood from the door frames and baseboards. They actually tried to use caulk to hide the damage. Portions of baseboard were destroyed and puck back on the wall like a puzzle. The real treat is trying to get Empire to fix the issues. Sanitation Solutions, Inc
In Gwinnett County Ga a new law has been enacted that mandates that property owners have garbage service and mandates the company that picks up. Yesterday, Sanitation Solutions, Inc only picked up one of our two cans. They left a note saying that they only pick up one can and left the other full of garbage. Since the government mandates what company that we use, giving us no choice or freedom in the manner, they do not care about their customers. We cannot even opt out! Contracted May 25, 2010 for installation of a carport. Conditions of sale were with in 60 days. Gave 10 per cent deposit. I called many times for a schedule of installation always handed to a different person, none of which gave a damn. After 60 days no carport was delivered, I canceled the order, and asked for a refund of deposit. No refund, and no return calls. I finally spoke to a salesman who said their policy is no refunds. Purchased this piece of junk on 8-17-09, on12-16-09 the front control touch pad went just in time for the Holidays.It was replaced a week later.Now on 8-1-10 the control panel is out AGAIN! I had tp pony up $149.93 for an extended warranty on this piece of rubbish because every 200 or so pushes of the start button causes it to expire like a Bick lighter!Never again will i purchase any Maytag applinance.Maytag should give me the 3yr warranty for free, hell i could install the front panel myself they should mail me several so i have a back up one.This was the worst $600.00 purchase i have ever made, buyers beware! read full review »

I am rose from Dubai.
Booked a villa in the Nano Home Villa Project of Apple A Day Properties on Aug 2009 and paid 2/3 of the total amount. The agreement was to register the plot within 1 month and the completion of the Villa within 1 year. But not yet registered the plot. Also, the construction is not yet started.
I am totally dissappointed by the irresponsible nature of "Apple A Day Properties" and doubt the reliability of this Builders.

I bought this Maytag MSD2554VEY refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad about a year ago. The day it arrived it didn't work, as in no refrigeration. After about 10 days of waiting for service technicians and parts it was finally fixed. Within about 6 months, one of the pop-in shelf units in the fridge side began to break. I called the number 647-702-9611 in response to their ad for eavestrough cleaning. This was a $70. job that turned into a $2000.scam nightmare. There are two operators - a short fellow whose name is Julian McKenna climbs the roof, pretends to clean the troughs, cuts a hole in the roof, causing damage and vandalism, comes down to inform you that the roof has "animal damage, infested with raccoon feces, dead birds, etc. etc." He calls his "boss" - chief scammer KYLE to come and give an estimate. Nucold Refrigeration Inc
I ordered a refrigeration cooling coil from Nucold 5/25/2010 was told I would have it in two days. I received it a week late, damaged. I called and was told they would ship a new one on the following tuesday. I received it 3 weeks later after many phone calls and E-Mails. It was also damaged. The amonia had leaked out.

Horrible customer service. They act like they are being put out by having to build you a deck, gets very defensive when you question any part of their work. Often promised to be here on a day to work...never called or showed up. Deck took twice the amount of time to build than promised. They purchased additional items to use on the deck, and only used half of the items on my deck, saving the rest for their next job, but they charged me for everything (and will probably do the same to the next customer).
