I purchased a 1500 series I Heater from this website "officialiheater.com" thinking that they were the same company as the "1-888-444-9039" which is posted on their website. They are totally different, if you order from the 888 number you will not be charged a 15% restocking fee (which came to the grand total of $56.85 for me, not to mention the $21.00 return shipping charge). They offer low prices with financing on furniture. I was told by Steve Frye that my financing application was approved with a $239.00 down payment. I authorized the payment on a Mastercard. I was forwarded a contract to sign which was actually a "rent to own" contract which doubled the price. I declined to go forward and was told twice that my card would be credited back in full. I bought some sofas from Ikea for my living room beginning of December. They charged me about 20% of the cost of the merchandise for delivery fees………. They took three weeks to arrive (they were suppose to take 7 to 10 days), of course they forgot to include the sofa covers. We were sold a Ramsond generator when it came the battery was dead. We were told it would run well in the bay of our bus by the customer service at Ramsomd as long as it was vented. It was vented but it burnt up after only 4hrs of running. We called and ask for a part and they told us it would cost us. This company's primary goal is to do anything in order to deny your warranty claim. My 2-year-old Whirlpool front loading washer began to leak softener and laundry detergent out the front. I was forced to pay the $165 repair to replace a tray (it took the serviceman three seconds) because it was not a "mechanical failure." Same thing with a dryer blade that came loose. I purchased my Home from Terrazaz Enterprises and paid in Full 3/2006 The floors I paid extra for a bubbling and seperating. He used cheap laminate flooring I paid for wood. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter. The builder has not paid him and the septic system has not been permitted and Roto Rooter has placed on Lein on my home and will not service the system until he is paid in full. Supertech is now promoting a new tower in livingston which was not in the original plan that was printed in ts brochure that was irculated to buyers and also in its website. This new tower is right in the middle of the project where earlier a green area was proposed. Two years ago I purchased a Frigidaire Electrolux Galary Series Front Load washing machine. As of a week ago, my washer stopped working due to what the error code read as a broken door lock. Ordered a table 11/4 was charged immediately for it $1400. They promised delivery within 4 weeks. Contacted them after 4 weeks to be told table on it's way. Long story short the table was still at the manufacturer 8 weeks later awaiting freight company to pick it up. We had granite counter tops installed by Pietra Naturale, Inc. of Centerville, Ohio. The installation was very quick and the finished product shows it. Stove cutout is oversized and is visible. Piece behind the stove is uneven and is probably glued to the stove! The seaming is much poorer than I would have expected. Overall the quality of the fabrication and installation leaves plenty to be desired and is not on par with the cost. Lesson to any perspective granite customers: Do your homework. Talk to friends who have granite. Look at their installations and find out who does the best work before spending thousands. read full review »

EJC mechanical is home heating and repair serice located in Bensalem Pa. I have had the misfortune of having spent over a $1000 on reapirs that would have not been required had Mr Cunane diagnosed the problem with my heating system properly. Mr. Cunane says he "gurantees his work" however after three visits he seemed to find some thing else that was wrong with my system. After retaining the services of a legitimate I found out that the problem with my system should have reqired only one visit at a cost of one fourth the price!!! I purchased two XROCKER SYNC RECLINERS from the Brookstone store in SOUTH COAST PLAZA, Costa Mesa. The store Manager told me take since they did not have the recliner in the store that they would return the recliners at no cost to us if they were not what we expected when they arrived. In 3 months, I have seen my water/sewer bill rise from $90.00 to $168.00 to $258.00 I live by myself so I know how much water get's used. I have complained multiple times about them to my building manager, and to them in person and no one has done anything. I replaced the gear drive in my overhead door drive and was unable to adjust the chain drive. Called Spectrum Overhead and Travis made the adjustment within time and price quoted. The garage door would not descend and he told me it was a bad circuit board. I replace the circuit board, but same problem. After a little investigating, discovered the wires to the electroni sensors had been cut and the sensors repositioned. I wired the sensors back to the opener, repositioned them and re-installed the old circuit board. Everything works as it should, no thanks to Travis. Came across a problem with asbestos in the ducts, so Ocean Air Care Inc sub-contracted work to a company called Key Environmental 1450 S. Burlington, STE A. Los Angeles CA 90006. Ocean Air Care Inc never paid Key Environmental for the worked they performed at my home and now the company is threatening to put a lean on my home if the amount of $1950.00 is not paid in full. I contacted Gillece Plumbing Services for minor plumbing work estimates: (1) to replace a fill valve on one toilet and check out a shutoff valve (2) check water pressure after the Borough replaced the water meter. The estimate that followed was OUTRAGEOUS and INSULTING. The estimate for (1) was 715.15 and included replacing the shutoff valve.
