A&E Factory Service/Amana
Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home. Now, we are waiting for the second part to be installed, it was delivered today and we have to wait til Friday to have it installed. read full review »

Alberta Energy Savings L.P.
These are the biggest crooks around. After the gas and electric utilities became deregulated in alberta anyone can become a retailer of these service's. Crafty marketing and misleading information is what these door to door salespeople bring to you. Slam the door in there face and say "You have five seconds to leave my property or i will expire your contract".
That will wake them up and stop operating in alberta.

Hydro
On August 18, 2008, I signed a five year contract with Direct Energy. Before that I was with Hydro Ottawa. Since signing contract with DE, I am now been charged double what I used to pay with HO. In 2008, I paid $699; but by end of 2009 I had already paid 1, 320.00. And to break this contract, I will have to pay $598.41. Direct Energy is nothing more than a scam. I hired JEC Remodeling to lay flooring, install a new sink and paint a bedroom and got cheated out of money and quality. The job was to take a week and ended up taking two because Juan was on the phone nonstop with his parents. I have an uneven floor because he does not know how to level tiles, the paint that was used on the walls is tacky and there are roller skips all over. ARW Construction LLC contracted Lackey Enterprises Inc. to perform directional boring tasks for a job they were doing in the Lincolton NC area. The invoices were paid on a regular bases until the job was complete and ARW moved out of town. At that time they stopped all payments and communications with Lackey Enterprises. They will not pay or even communicate a reason for the non payment. These actions on ARW Consrtuctions behalf increase cost across the board to all other contractors due to countless hours and legal fees to try to recoop money owed. My wife and I purchased furniture in oct2009, couch, coffee table, dining room table and kitchen server. When items were being delivered we were very excited, only to find out that 3 of the 4 items were damaged.
The coffee table had a huge chip on the top corner and you could see that it was just lacquered back on, still clearly visible, not very pretty. The server set in side the cabinet was screwed in poorly so the support wall was splintered and a good size chunk had fallen off. I bought this Lids Off automatic jar opener for my mother who is 81 years old she really liked it the 5 times she used it but it broke on her I see the bottom spins. I see the bottom lifts up and down. I heard that theres a plastic part that brakes on them . I would like to know if I can get the replacement parts so I can get this fixed and get it back to her.

They do horrible work. When they cut your grass they miss sooo many spots. They trim bushes and weeds with it--instead of pulling the weeds away from the roots of the bushes. It looks horrible. They blow leaves from my neighbors property onto mine--then come charge me for cleaning leaves. They are always looking for an angle-or a buck. Snapper 42" ZTR Mower
I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point.
I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride.
I like the mower but seriously doubt if I'll ever buy another Snapper. read full review »

Has anyone ever gone the the BGH and waited 8 hours to be seen? How about waited A hour just to tell the front desk why your there? All the while you watch reception people text message on there cell phones and doctors chatting up nurses while you sit there and wait sometimes in pain. I Think that its not the lack of doctors in the BGH its just people not giving a crap how other people are felling or how long people are waiting. Sears: Stand Alone Freezer
Why I'll never buy anything from Sears again: the door to my stand alone freezer collects moisture in the winter and the repair service agreed to fix it. They then sent the incorrect door for this freezer 4 times, each time necessitating my taking time off from work to be present for the repair. I received a bill from AT&T and they are charging me for a so called "STOREFRONT RICHES, INC-WEB SVCS MO FEE" which I don't even have because I have a different company for my web services. I tried calling but the company hours are Monday through Friday. Never use Performance Plumbing or have Tim Serafin perform any plumbing work at your home or business. Unless of course you enjoy going through the grief and misery that I am currently. Performance Plumbing put in a new sewer line and ripped up my entire front yard. They charged me $ 4, 500 to do this and they refuse to rake out the yard and put the yard back the same way. Property Maintenance Solutions
This company (really one guy and his helper) installed a window for me and then did yard work. He installed the window crooked and it leaks. I tried to call him numerous times to fix and he wouldnt return the calls. He asked for cash only and offered a discount but thankfully I paid him with a check and was able to cancel the check.
I got a recommendation from a co worker but it seems that coworker was actually a friend of his, had never had work done by him.

My microwave is 3 1/2 years old...used for heating & defrosting only. It is like new, however, it will not heat. Sears told my husband it was probably the magnetron and it was under warranty and they would send out a repairman from A&E Applian ce Repair. He came out on January 21, 2010 and informed us that it would cost us $60-$90 to give us an estimate of the problem. I called this company for oriental rug cleaning. They said that a representative would need to evaluate and measure rugs for cleaning prices and I was told that the rugs would be cleaned and returned in 4 days time. A very unprofessional "temp" type of person came out to measure the rugs. He quoted me a price. When we agreed on the price, e took the rugs and I paid for half the fee. Flooring Depot is great during the sales transaction, but impossible to communicate with once the deposit is made. Promised delivery dates were not performed, stories changed per phone call, extra charges changed on a daily basis (from $240 to $470 to install about 10 meters of quarter round trim sold at $10/meter). Do not use this company, they lied to us and are now refusing to back their product they are telling us it's our fault that their product is faulty because we use propane to heat our house. The windows sweat and have since they were first installed. They offered to refund the money & then in the next sentence turned around and said they would simply send us a dehumidifer.
