We purchased a 3-door Sears Kenmore Elite w/bottom freezer w/ in- door icemaker&water dispenser on May 31, 2010. This was a new 2010 model. One thing I did NOT notice was a small caveat buried in the installation "warnings"- if you have a metal roof, you "have" to have something called "ice cleats". We had a washer & dryer damaged in our move. Our moving company hired this company to repair the damages to BOTH machines. The first call, they came right out to evaluate the damage. They arrived promptly at 8 am, when they promised only 8 to 12 on the schedule. The technician said he did not believe that the dryer needed any attention but he did NOT look at the bottom of the unit, where the damage was reported. I received poor service with no consideration for the time and money involved with the purchase of my countertops from Lamtech as contracted out by Lowes. I hired Sharp Ace Contractors to renovate two bathrooms, kitchens, and refinish the floor throughout my duplex. Among the many issues that I had throughout the project, and the fact that the project took 6 months to complete. The final walk through of the project was atrocious. Springhouse Window and Door, Paoli, PA did a window replacement job for me recently at over $5, 000. They installed new sash on top of a rotten frame and didn't bother to let me know about the rot. I had to try to have it repaired after the installation of the new sash. It would have been so much easier to repair the frame rot while the old windows were out - before the new windows were installed. They were totally unapologetic. This large British company has all kind of scams, I wish I had checked the internet. Billed me for Natural Gas at $7.99 per MCF the rate should be 5.96600 per MCF or lower. Last summer I signed up with Direct Energy Services LLC to get a special on Natural Gas that they were running: 10% off the dominion east ohio sco rate till the end of year, and then the monthly variable rate. Recently, we bought an expensive DIY tool at Builders, Centurion. Knowing that we have been overpriced at the till before, we made sure to check each item as it was rung up. the concrete foundation was poured 5/8"to an 1" out of plumb. i showed up at the job site before the foundation was poured and noticed the bow in the forms of the concrete wall pointed it out to the men working there and they assured me they would brace it straight. it was poured with bow in the wall anyway. they also crushed the drain tile around the footings which i had to fix myself. this companys shop is located in box elder, sd. area. would not use this company again. read full review »

I purchased a California King Mattress & Box spring (Pillow Top) for roughly $1200.00 plus $75.00 for delivery in March of 2009. The Mattress is 2 years old and has already indented on the side that I sleep on. Lumps & Bumps every where. I contacted Haynes after care department, I filled out all the forms, took the required pictures. I was told that Haynes couldn't help me because I did not have a metal frame with five legs. On inspection, I noticed that the sofa and the daybed were not joining together properly ( the seams were not joining up) and that the there was a colour difference.
