I have a large front window that need sealed from the winter weather yearly. I purchase Duck along with a 3M product for my sliders to compare the quality and functionality. The only positive for the Duck product was the roll-on convenience for placement on the frame. The pre-taped edge for rolling is not sticky enough to give a secure seal and I would definately advise placing the double sided tape under it. It is pulling away from my frame all along the top. Sears installed a Kenmore central a/c unit few years ago and the unit has been under a master protection agreement since then, had a problem with unit not working properly and called Sears, tech came and said that the thermostat needs to be replaced and he wants $350.00 to replace a $40 unit that takes less than 2 minutes to replace it. Kings Plaza iYycs the worst place to live, the people in th rental office are rude, inconsiderate and of absolutely no help, they harrass people for petty things and when you have any issues you have to complain continuosly before anything is done about it, also don't plan on having any overnight guests because they are only allowed to park in the parking deck for two hours and after that they have to find parking on the street where they will get towed. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I would say it's Sealy but my previous mattress was a Sealy and two friends just bought a Sealy from another company and the beds were very good quality. We hired 24 Hour Plumbing to look into small gas leak. There was a small leak in a tiny 90 degree elbow, they informed us specifically we do not need a permit.
