This actually needs to go to Sears they OWN A & E repair I had call to have a washer repaired. I explained what was wrong and they sent a repair man... needless to say he said it was fine and either there was a clog in the drainage pipe. Initally purchased leather dining chairs from this store less than 2 years ago. The quality was terrible and when the chairs were delivered, they did not want to take them back. The furniture is NOT leather. 3 months after purchasing furniture it was peeling and falling apart. A repairman has been out 4 times for the same thing. Tom Cornine the owner sent carpet installers that were doing drus in my bathroom during installation. It took days and they left my house a mess. Purchased a black cedar "hope" chest. it was a sealed undamaged carton. I took possesion as is. it was loaded in my explorer and I took it home. When I unloaded it and removed carton, I found a piece of trim lying lose in carton, the lock assembly was lose inside chest and the seal was bent in. Additional there was scratches on surface. The chest obviously left the factory in this damaged condition. it was intended to be a Christmas present and now must be reordered. Purchased a bed that is supposed to fit a standard king size mattress. It is about 1/2 inch shy of fitting the mattress. I can't shove it in. This company won't take the bed back. In the recent past we've had good luck with the plumbing crew from Aspect Maintenance. However, we didn't have such good fortune with their gas heater work. The guy changed the circuit board that is supposed to regulate the heat, but instead of doing that, it just starts and stops all the time independent of setting making it impossible to get a decent hot shower or to bathe our toddler unless we're lucky enough to catch it at the right time. Contacted company for an in-home estimate on laminate flooring and ceramic tile. Salesman claimed that he didn't know the thickness of their laminate flooring. Called Fagnelli Plumbing to my house a couple weeks before Christmas. I had a few jobs (2 leaky faucets, toilet runs occasionally) that I wanted to have fixed before our holiday company came to town. Anything made by MTD is JUNK! We bought our mother a snowblower from sears (seasonal product) that she has used at the most 8 times. The bolts are now breaking off. This is an 73 old who uses it for her driveway! We bought a tiller at tractor supply.
