ADT came to my place where an already installed alarm was installed The sale man toll me at first that the alarm is old and would have to be replaced. I told him that I cant see any problem with the alarm and I think they should test it . at the end there was nothing wrong with the alarm. The kitchen I had bought from orchid was told to be termite proof, I had confirmed it since I knew my place was termite infested. But now half of the floor space in kitchen is infested with termites. Termite presence was found on one door initially and reported. they removed the door during august2009 and till date they have not turned up.I had asked to do a full service and no reply for that too. I tried for 8 months to stop my service. Always a different excuse as to why not. Contract not up or auto renew, or cannnot cancel on phone or by email . Asked for a signed renewal and they sent me basically a made up sheet of paper with no signature. I finally got a signed receipt from the mail service that the cancellation was received. Told them and they got mad because I got one. They sent a bad report to the credit beaurea and sent a letter to some of my lenders and credit accounts. I purchased a Sears snowblower model #536881501 on 11-4-05. We do not get much snow where we live and I have only used the snowblower approx. 20 times. About the 10th time I used it, the blade scraper and mounting base broke off and had to be replaced.
