Windows leak air on windy days from day one, so we have to add a space heater in the living room. The former 50 year old single pane windows worked better. We ordered and paid in full for a 4 poster bed and 3 custom bar stools on October 2nd. We are now at 12 weeks later and still don't have our furniture. We have been given 5 different delivery dates. EACH time I called on the date it was SUPPOSED to be here, it never showed up! EACH time the delivery date has been pushed back 1-2 weeks. The newest estimate would put the delivery at week 15 since the purchase. This despite being told it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. I booked for an engineer to come and unblock our drains this morning to be told that someone would definitely arrive between 3-4pm. At 4pm I phoned to find out where the engineer was only to be told that he had broken down and had no guarantees that he would even come today! I am furious as this was and still is an emergency. I would expect every company to have a customer service desk that at least calls existing appointments to inform them of the delay. Bought a new Dryer from Sears several months and already had them replace it once as it rattled so bad that you could hear it anywhere in the house. I went on and had my living room ceiling repaired and when it rained the following week, the roof leaked and messed my ceiling up. I called Mike 3 times. I purchased 800 sf of click lock laminate flooring for $1300. Upon installation and inspection of the product and a consult from a professional installer it was determined that the product was defective. The ends snapped when installed causing the floors to lift and gap. I contacted the company and sent photographs, they replied by saying it was my problem and it must be something we were doing. I have a service warranty from Sears to cover a Maytag Neptune Washing Machine. This company DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PERFORM CUSTOMER SEVICE ON ANY LEVEL! I had a security company, a few months ago, exclaim how they could install a free alarm system and I would only pay 23 dollar a month on a 3 year agreement for my business.
