I hired Cut by Design to rake up and completely remove leaves in my yard. I dealt with Brian and we agreed on a price of $80 for the total project. Zhanjin Furniture Co shipped me a broken dining fake marble table back in Sept 19, 2007 and they have resolved their claim with their vendor, DHL on 11/8 but they still haven't reimburse me for the broken dining table yet. Midwest Manufacturing makes Mastercraft Doors and sells thru Menards. Long story short: we bgt FIVE (5) Mastercraft French Doors for new construction. EVERY single one leaked horribly. Spent 4 weeks dealing with this company to return & reimburse for approx $2k in additional expenses dealing with this nightmare. After ordering my building I needed to delay delivery of it due to permit issues with the county. When the permit issues were completed we gave the green light for United Steel Buildings to build and ship the building. They claimed it would take 6 weeks to process and then ship. When my wife and I selected the Provenza Classico hardwood for our new home, we were never told just how soft the top layer of wood was. We quickly realized when we accidently made some small dents by dropping some small objects. We were always careful with the floor but after one year we have come to realize that this flooring is not a practical choice for even the most conservative uses. I really don't know where to complain to!!! There is not a government agency that protects contractors from each other. But, if you are a sub-contractor and you deal with Diamond Group Pools - Watch Out! They won't hesitate to renege on deals that they make with you, no matter what they promised or what it costs you, the sub-contractor! Omwasa sends out fee changes in july 209. Fees to be concerning late fees cut off and reconnection . If your bill becomes 45 days late you will be charged $60.00 . This is not a cut off charge this just for being late ? You also get charged another $6.00 for being the first 30 days late . If your service cut off you are charged $55.00 ... Like some of the others on this site, we have had a miserable experience with Restonic. After only 8 months of using the mattress, we have craters in the mattress and back pain. I had a non-functional toilet which constantly backs-up. The toilet is covered under the warranty but Old Republic would rather send a plumber out every time it backs-up rather than to replace the toilet. The contractor has 48 hrs. before they have to respond, yet old republic wants me to go without a toilet again and again rather than to have a customer that is happy with their service! My wife and I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress from Ashley Furniture. The store displayed banners with the 90 night trial advertised. This Jen-Air electric wall oven was purchased 03-04-99. One of the problems is the oven seal which is located on the door. Every time you clean the oven the seal has to be replaced because the ov en doesn't seal properly nor does it cook appropriately. I have had this seal replaced at least 4 times and cannot self clean the oven knowing the seal will be destroyed. Sears LG Trio Refrigerators lights staying on in Refrigerator melting covers. I have just looked at two different refrigerators with same problem. Called recall center, said it would have been covered up to three years from purchase date. Guess what that was up three months ago. One of the refrigerators was repaired once already and now has the problem again. The other refrigerator cover melted off the screws holding it up and was hanging by the wires inside refrigerator. I ordered dining room furniture (table, 4 chairs and china cabinet) on 9/1/09. I paid $1995 via debit card. The furniture was supposed to be delivered in 20-80 days. I received a "confirmation by manufacturer" e-mail on 9/22 and nothing since. Gravina gave me a bid for my siding and gutters then told me instead of reglazing the windows, that if I paid $500 more, he would install 3 new windows. His estimate was $4770, the insurance only paid $2190 for gutters and siding that was damaged in a hail storm and this included reglazing the windows. I hired this company to repair a leaking toilet. Two men showed up and thew older man began working in his truck. the younger man (the apprentice)went to look at the toilet. He was informed that the toilet was leaking and he shouild check for water damage when he had the toilet removed. He totally disregarded what he was told. I purchased a new roof from Duval Roofing in 2005. Four years later, my roof leaks when it rains. They came out once and reported that the problem was a nail that rusted through a shingle. So, what kind of roofing nails rust after four years? And why are there exposed nails on my roof? They will not return my calls. We just bought a new home with a new Maytag refrigerator (freezer at the bottom). This refrigerator drips water on the floor every time we open the top two doors. When we leave for a few months in the summer we find mildew around the seals when we come home and moisture marks on my laminate floors. We leave the air conditioner and humidistat on all the time.
