I had lived in these apartments over a year and a month. We were suppose to have renovations done with the tub and the carpet. I had to call the health inspector he had came in and told us that it need to be done asap. Nothing was done. re: kenmore elite gas range and oven Despite what I've read about the toxic smell dissipating in time, my oven/broiler gives off a sickly burning plastic smell which fills the house. I moved into a brand new home about 2 months ago. Now that the weather has changed and it is much cooler/colder outside, I am experiencing a huge problem with condensation. The amount of water that it is looks more like the windows are leaking. It is just that extreme. I was told today by the warranty manager for the company that built the home that it will get better over time. How long is that? I've read over the complaints above and must say we've had complete opposite of anything stated. We spoke to a nice gal on the 800 line both days were extremely satisfied with their service. We now have a nice metal barn building that houses our horses and other livestock. The installation was on time and we really are happy with the entire process, recommending to our friends and family. We purchase several Brights Effects CF lights from LOWES less than 2 years ago when we moved fron LA to TX. We used them in our kitchen (6) the advertised warranty is between 7 to 10 years and they only lasted 20 months. The average usage was 4 hours a day. We understand things go bad and nothing lasts forever BUT, a product that says they last 7-10yrs and only lasted less than 2 years. I complained to the Lady that said she was the owner and she just brushed me off and said that there was no way they came from her store. I purchased a sofa and love seat from Bob's. I live quietly alone. Within one year all the stitching in the cushions started coming apart. I called about the issue. I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty and my original warranty ended a month earlier. They said they would not help me out. They said I could call customer service and wait at least a half hour on hold to get through but that they would not do anything for me anyway and hung the phone up on me. In 2006 I ordered 21 windows from Chear Choice OKC. They installed them and immediately we started having problems. The windows leaked water during heavy rains. Their solution was to place small plastic blocks under the screen to allow the water to drain. I am simply disappointed. My washing machine has been yelling out F1, F1, F1 every five minutes. When I went online to find out what I could do to make it stop, I found pages and pages of customers complaining about the same problem.
