On tuesday the 1st dec i rang to complain about a bill for $130 which i received for a months worth of electricity in an apartment! Last year the nice Indian couple retired and sold their dry cleaning business to this Asian couple. They raised their price and then and try to overcharged you for everything (e.g. the lining on your suit is an extra $1.00, you have buttons that an extra .50C). Unlike many of the complaints, I did receive what I ordered and I was impressed with the speed it was delivered and the constant emails I got as the chair crossed the country. My grandkids broke my chair by pulling on the controller and ripping it out. I need to rewire the connections but it did not come with schematics and the company seems to have vanished from the planet and I have nobody to get the electrical scheme from. The residents of the odd numbered homes on Duxbury Court and homes on Somerfield have a berm behind their homes. That berm is no longer grass-covered, as originally supplied. Please check them out carefully, If I save one person from going through the Hell of being poisoned by CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING, then I have got my point across! We had the tank installed on 7/30/2009 and it is a 30 gallon tank. Now it is Dec 1 and we have not had hot water for 6 days. This hot water tank is under warranty and is to be serviced by the A&E Sears but they never show up, and get nothing but the runaround when you call Amercian Heaters and A&E Sears. Both have hundreds of complaints against them and even class action law suits. Do not buy this product unless you fully understand it is a piece of junk that can possibly explode. I purchased this mattress in April of this year, and in the last 3 months it has begun to wear out, by which I mean squeaky springs, lumps, and a growing depression in the middle of the bed. The "warranty" states that you have to pay a $58 inspection fee for someone to come out to your house and agree that you mattress has a depression, then shell out another $119 for a replacement. IWC Homes, LLC installed insulation in my home. The final cost was $770.00 Owner (Gerald) stated that he could finance me through GE Money bank, but they (GE) require at least a $1, 000 balance to finance. I got the loan, and he was paid the $1, 000 right away from GE, and told me he would send me a check for the difference, which is $230 ($1000 - $770 = $230). Of course then I would then pay GE over the course of 1 year. I never received a check from him. It has been over 2 months, and IWC Homes, LLC has failed to keep our agreement and pay me the $230. The scam is to get in to your house by giving you a fair estimate and then charging you almost double the original estimate when the job is completed. They made life so miserable for us that my husband paid them just so they would leave. They were there for 2 weeks when they said it would take 1 week. Another company gave us the same original fair estimate and time frame. So, we were ripped off. We knew since we paid what he asked at the end we couldn't get our money back, but it was a lesson learned for us.
