I contracted with United Roofing in September of 2009 to replace my tile roof in Palm Beach Gardens. At that time they had an A rating with the BBB. I purchased the S2DBL that allegedly will save money with a dual flush system. The unit worked for about 60 days and then failed, that is it allows the toilet to "run" continously. Three years ago K Designers installed Aluminum Siding on our home witha "Lifetime Garantee"? After two years the siding started falling off. I contacted K Designers and was able to get someone out to put the pieces back on the house. I Brought a new house 10 years ago and Building Products Of Canada Corp supplied the shingles with a 20 yrear warranty. Well 10 of my warranty have gone and if you go down my street every house has bad shingles some worse than others. This company was hired for a job and when the two guards showed up they were immediately rude to my staff. At first I just figured they were jerks but about two hours later a customer came in and said that she had been assaulted by them. I asked the guards what they did and they denied doing anything and then told me that they would beat me up if I said anything about it to their boss. Two months ago I bought a twin extra long pillow top mattress from Jerome's furniture on Morena Blvd. in San Diego. The sales person convinced me that I should have this fancy Diamond Clover Twin bed set with a plush top. He said it was a great mattress for side sleepers like myself. One of my biggest mistakes of my life. Very poor product quality which I was not aware of until I used it. I bought a Sofa and a Chair for over a $1000 which I soon realized it was a big mistake . We booked the Sheraton Tempe Hotel in Tempe Arizona. Guest Relations were great. The rooms were ok. It is an older hotel and carpet needs replacing, otherwise very nice. This morning at 4 am, the ceiling in our room started leaking. It was started showing stress fractures going in most directions of the room. We felt the need to evacuate immediately.
