I had my wall oven installed in February, started using it in May, in October decided to try the self clean option. That was a mistake!!! The oven locked, never re-opened and the display was dead! Hired this company on October 18, 2010 to install a concrete type flooring in my kitchen. Flooring is supposed to look like tile. The flooring was not the color I specified, the grout lines were supposed to be a neutral color, but they were full of spots of black dye from the concrete and pooled up acrylic. I bought this corn/pellet stove from Home Depot in 2007. It worked O.K. for the first year. The second year the blower motor kept filling up with soot and carbon. The build-up was so great that the fan would stop running. The pipe for the exhaust would turn RED HOT. We ordered granite from samples we bought first. When we received the granite, one piece was cracked in two places, and one had two chips in it. The color we selected was Absolute Black. It should just be black. The pieces we received had white and gray blotches on them in random areas.
