Beware of Supertech. I bought a flat in 2006 in Emrald court Noida. They promised possession in Dec 2007. Its been over 2 years and every time I call, they keep giving some flimsy excuse. The company is totally unethical. I even flew to Delhi two times to check things out. But the work is not progressing at all. Found mold in exterior walls. Had contractor over and he noticed that there was NO moisture barrier which is 'Code' for mobile homes. My insurance company sent a rep and he affirmed that there was no water leak from anywhere and that they were not liable for the damage and suggested I contact the manufacturer(Souther Energy). Received Kitchenaid microwave (KCMS1555S) and after 2nd shipment (said FEDEX lost first - yeah right) the second arrived dented a week later. When I told them it was dented they wanted pictures emailed. Then it took a week for a manager to look at the pictures. Then 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a Return Authorization by mail. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. These chairs, order number: A42044 were sent to me covered in dust and grime, in no way should these have been dispatched to a customer in this filthy state. My original date of purchase: 11/16/2008 - 11/17/2008 where I purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. DO NOT CALL FOR THEIR SERVICES. Had a leaky faucet. They changed both my faucets, claiming that the cost was $185 (didn't give details at all). My husband and I just purchased a home and were forced to use landamerica home warranty company for our appliance warranty. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Our cook top and oven went out back to back because they were so old. Seven years ago ACIS installed tenants in their property next door to mine. There was protrascted and persistent Anti Social Behaviour. I complained to ACIS but did not confront their tennts. My clothes dryer stopped getting hot a few days ago. I took apart the back to discover which component had failed, expecting to find a bad heating element. Instead, I found that the thermal cutoff switch had burned and melted. The steel electrical connectors are fused, and there is carbon residue all over the part, and also covering the back of the dryer for about six inches above the part.
